Special check-in instructions:

The check-in location differs from the property location. The check-in address is Vista Waikoloa, 69-1010 Keana Place, Waikoloa, Hawaii.

Driving directions from Kona International Airport:

Turn left onto Hwy 19 and proceed for approximately 18 miles.

Turn left onto Waikoloa Beach Dr.

Proceed for another mile past the Kings Shops, and turn right onto Keana Pl.

The Vista Waikoloa (the check-in office) is the first gated property on the right. Follow the instructions on the key pad to access the gate, the check-in office is the first building on the left.

Guests must call the property upon arrival at the airport. A staff member will be available at the check-in office to assist guests arriving between 9 AM and 4 PM (office hours may vary slightly based on occupancy). Guests arriving after hours will find their keys in a lock box to the right of check-in office door. Guests can call the office number on arrival and an answering service will provide the combination to the lock box.
