"The room is an old "ATCO room", similar to a mine site accommodation but they are better. The door had an inch gap on the bottom, letting in freezing wind. There was cob webs along the ceiling rafters. The wooden floor was unstable and squeaked with every foot step. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. Improvements have been attempted but a lot, lot more is needed. The decor is depressing. A lot of highway traffic noise. There is a positive = the linen was clean. Due to not being comfortable, I left very early (4am) checkout day. Can not recommend."

"A bit of of noise from the road, but great value for the property. Not far from other amenities. Washing machine, but no dryer that I could see. I would have liked TVs in the bedroom but not a deal breaker. Plenty of room and a good kitchen set up. Water pressure could be better, but plenty of hot water. Very good central heating system. Communication was good with the host. Have booked again for next week, so very happy to go back. A very good bang for your buck deal. Both stays are for work but would stay here again for a holiday break."
