"Hotel was close to the
Airport and train station "
Hotel was close to the public transport. It was easy to get to the training station. Room was rather small. This hotel is more of a stop over for transfer to airport. Not for lengthy stay. I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a few days. The bathroom was nice and clean. Housekeeping did a good job daily. Reception/front desk was somewhat unfriendly depending on who was there when you called. They need to be more friendly and helpful. Need much improvement! Overall stay was okay since I we were out almost everyday. Would I stay there again probably only for a few days.

Had a lovely stay at Langshott Manor, the staff were fantastic, very attentive without being in your face. Good was excellent, the building and surroundings were fantastic with beautifully well kept gardens. We stayed in one of the rooms which was part of the origins hotel which was brilliant. Would definitely stay again.
This is the Holiday Inn brand and provides what you would expect. We use it regularly when flying early but eat in a local public house. The hotel does have a reasonable restaurant (Our preference). Good; departures board in the lobby.
Bad; no provision for early breakfast as is now appearing in the Holiday Inn Express offerings at airports.
"THE MANAGER RESOLVED AN ERROR IN A FIRST CLASS WAY"
We reserved an accessable room and when we arrived the room was given to another party. He gave us a newer room that was not handicap accessable, but the best room available. He also provided dinner for us plus our cousin who drove us from Cambridge. He handled the situation in a first class manner.
Judy and Paul were great hosts. Our room was comfortable and very clean. We had two twin beds. Looked at other rooms and they had a much better view. Paul provided roundtrip from airport anytime you wanted to travel. Continental breakfast was adequate.
