"Very convenient location for short to mid stays when travelling out of Gatwick Airport. There is a free shuttle available to move you and your family and your luggage between the North and South terminals. The amenities afford you a good night's rest for long haul flights. There are good eating spots right at the arrivals lounge to grab a bite to eat. There's also a lovely bar upstairs. Hassle free check -in and check-out are a plus. Only challenge we had was getting to the hotel from the departure lounge as our Uber dropped us off at the entrance of the departure lounge at the north terminal and we had to walk all the way around and take the lift in the parking garage. That was exhausting."
