Nice, clean, quiet Motel. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the shower has strong water pressure, but the space is very cramped or tight.

Clean but a bad moldy smell
The room was moldy smelling. Although it looked clean the smell was horrible. I rented this room for my son and his family for Christmas Eve. They put up with the smell cause they were only going to be there to sleep. I have rented one of the rooms for them before. It was the 3 bedroom cabin. That was awesome. If we ever rent a room there again we will stick to that room.

Clean but...
Small room with not very comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower tiny! Room was clean. Places to stay in the entire Frankfort/Honor area are crazy overpriced but if you're looking at this hotel you already have figured that out!

Good location. Clean rooms and easy check in. Very Pleasant stay. However a bit pricey for the size of the accommodation. The room felt cramped. Little room to place luggage. Really small shower. Excellent for short stay.

The room itself was good. Staff was friendly. We did not like the shower. There was not much water pressure, especially for two girls with long hair. I think that the hotel was way overpriced, but I believe it is the going rate for that area.

We stayed just one night to be near Sleeping Bear dunes. Very wonderful staff!! It’s a cute motel off a main road but not noisy at all and they have a nice yard in front. Staff gives great advice on what to see and do in the dunes. Would definitely recommend this motel!
