"Bathroom door would not close properly and was cracked at the bottom. The shower door was also not sealed properly and the ground would get wet. Otherwise it was a great hotel and the staff was very helpful."

"Very smooth check-in, Senior Guest Services Manager Bruce Li 李贺 was very friendly and helpful, offered toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush etc) and answered all my questions, and assigned a high floor with good view of Shanghai skyline. Westin's Sunday Brunch is very famous and location of hotel is very close and walkable to the Bund. My favorite hotel to stay in Shanghai. "

The location was very convenient for getting from & back to the airport on the Metro and The Bund was very walkable along Nanjing Rd. The hop-on bus stop outside gave easy access to other attractions. "

"Lovely hotel. Nice touches in the rooms with free coke and sprite and water in fridge every day. Slippers and soft dressing gowns. Lovely body wash ( different ones for morning and evening) and shampoo. Shower power was perfect. Comfy bed Breakfast was good lots of choice and styles of food. The outdoor area was gorgeous with superb views of the bund The area was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Yuyan gardens and the historical area. 5 minutes from the metro. 15 minutes walk to the bund one way or peoples park the other way. Best location to stay in my opinion. Lovely friendly bar next door called chalet plus one side and a handy supermarket other side.
