"There was water leaking from the ceiling on the 2nd floor near the ice machine. The carpets are stained terribly. The ice machine was broken. I bought two drinks from the coke machine and they were hot. The refrigerator didn’t stay constantly cold. The rooms were clean but there was a lot of paint and stains and outdated equipment. The AC wasn’t really cold but kept the room ok cool. Didn’t see any bugs but it was not a clean stay. No one explained the breakfast or amenities to me. I didn’t even know there was a pool. There were a lot of people coming and going from rooms. Smelled marijuana. Heard gunshots one night. The staff had employees who did not speak English well but they were courteous. When I checked out I asked for a refund but was told to call the next morning to speak with a manager. I checked out at midnight but the employee put I checked out at 5:30am. Doesn’t add up. I had to struggle with staff and Expedia to get refund but staff and manager were helpful with that. Just not sure why I was charged for my entire stay when I had only stayed 2 nights. The area doesn’t feel safe. The beds and bedding felt comfortable but I could hear a lot of outside noise and other things being hit against my adjacent walls from other visitors."

"I very much liked the blinds. I needed a mid afternoon nap after arrival and it black out the daylight like it was dark outside. The staff was pleasant and the hotel clean. I enjoyed my stay."

"Clean room with comfy beds. Located near Sea World. Friendly staff and restaurant in hotel is decent. The host nightly movies for children outdoors by the pool. I have stayed here several times and enjoy the convenience of the location for work and play!"

"We had gone for a one night stay to go to seaworld the next day. Everything was great from the front staff help, due to the horrible storm that night, to the end. The shuttle service is amazing and one reason I continue to comeback to this hotel. Easy access and great turn around especially when you have kids it makes it more of an adventure than anything. Rooms were clean and neat. Swimming pool was also great both my boys had a blast. We had breakfast prior to our departure to Seaworld. The only thing I'd complain about was that I had asked for a refill of coffee and never got it. Almost felt like I was forgotten even though the server was able to refill the two gentlemen sitting next to us in a short of time when I heard them request more coffee. Food was great, my kids loved it. Although they were a little upset there were no pancakes they still enjoyed thr fruit and bacon that was available and eggs. Cost is fair with all that is included. I definitely see myself coming back again with the kiddos at some point. I will also say I'm very thankful that even thought we had checked out in time that we were still welcome as guests when we got back from the park to change in the bathroom and pack up to go back home. Overall a great experience, my kids loved it, I had a blast spending time and making memories with my kiddos. Thank you all for making it happen and making it go smooth."

"Very attentive, clean towels at all times, service offered several times, you just felt welcomed and taken care of! You can tell that they actually do care as the place was spotless which I was so satisfied with!! definitely recommend!! :)"

"Property was great for the price & close to Lackland AFB. My only gripe would be the shower. Instead of a curtain you get a glass wall that it’s about half the length of the shower which allowed a lot of water to reach outside of the shower."
