"As a solo female traveler, I was a bit surprised at the location of my “first” room. I was at the very end of the hall, next to the stair well and across from the trash room. The hallway did smell a bit because the trash room door was propped open but the room itself did not. I was not comfortable with the location so requested a room change - something closer to an elevator - more in the mix and was accommodated without question. The room was very clean, comfortable and I felt better in the new location ."

"Outside was very run down. Walking in the lobby looked nice. They did not have the room set up that I reserved so that was a bad start. When we did get into a “comparable” room it had some issues with the baseboard moldings peeling away and upon inspection the mattresses were not pleasant looking at all. We were on the ground floor and within 10 minutes a couple of items hit our window and someone actually ended up knocking on our window which was a shock. It turned out to be a hotel guest who went out a wrong door and couldn’t get back in. We only stayed for less than an hour and decided to ask for a refund which we were granted. Avoid this hotel."
