He spoke very good English and gave us several ideas on what to do or where to go. The hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. "The hotel team was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. They don't nickel and dime you - everything was included other than the things you anticipate (dining, spa, etc.). The food was very good and it was a very short walk to the town which is great when it is so hot. The pool was lovely and our room was great. We also enjoyed the spa. "
