"I have been travelling around Asia for business for a long while, and I can say the staff here are the nicest I have ever had, so welcoming and helpful. Anna and all the team are truly amazing. The room was nice and clean, free water and fruit as well as everything you need, huge bath and separate shower. If I had to be critical, the mattress was a bit hard for me."

"Luxury hotel in a prime location, within easy walking distances of shopping centres, restaurants, and Ben Thanh market. The staff are courteous and friendly. We stayed in a junior suite, which is spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. We had access to the club lounge and the evening canapes and drinks were excellent, and the service was attentive."
