It’s was ok, starting to get a little tired. Worn out carpets, scruffs on the paint etc. Still a good hotel but missing some of the sparkle it once had.

Fantastic place and amazing grounds and very friendly staff. The only thing they are missing in some sort of casual restaurant or sports bar on the grounds, as the speakeasy was closed every night we were there. Overall, this place was great.

It was the second time coming back and I absolutely love it but this time around a few instances with a specific member of staff really spoiled my anniversary on the final night , as well as another couples from what they had told me.

Montage Palmetto Bluff Experience
Our stay was amazing. The entire staff did an excellent job of making us feel welcomed and pampered. The property was flawless and beautiful and there was so much to do and see. Such an emphasis on outdoor living and experiences. Such relaxing surroundings and service everywhere from everyone was truly 5 star! I highly recommend Montage Palmetto Bluff to everyone wanting to experience a vacation of a lifetime!

This was the perfect location to celebrate my 50th birthday with girlfriends. We loved being able to walk or bike to restaurants and activities. The spa was top notch. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Every detail was covered. Truly 5-star, luxury vacation, but nothing felt stuffy or elite. Everyone was extremely friendly and genuine.

we ate dinner at the river house and loved it so much, we returned the next night! impeccable service and delicious food...our server Benny was magnificent! highly recommend - a must do for anyone in the area, whether staying at the hotel or not!

Amazing Family Vacation for 14
The service was exceptional from the valets to the front desk to the golf cart drivers to the staff at all of the restaurants, everyone was warm, friendly competent and so very helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and has so many activities for all ages. We had 14 people for a family vacation aged 10-86 and everyone loved the trip and can't wait to go back. Lindsey, the photographer on site, did an exceptional job of capturing our family. Would highly recommend the hotel! 10 out of 10 !

This property is in the top 4 of hotels I have stayed in and we travel frequently! This property is stunning and we will be back. They think of every added thing they can to enhance your stay. This place is great for families and kids. They have SO many activities. Lastly, this was some of the best service we have ever had! Would highly recommend.

From the moment I drove up to the inn I knew this was going to be a special place. Every staff member was EXCEPTIONAL. I’ve never experienced that level of service or luxury before, even at 5 star hotels. The resort buildings and grounds are beautiful and perfectly manicured. There are so many fun activities and places to explore. I even got to participate in star gazing one night and looked through a high-power telescope to see the craters on the moon. The pools are heated to perfection (who knew winter swimming was fun?!) and there are multiple jacuzzis available all day. Relaxation heaven. They have a coffee station in the morning, cookies, tea and lemonade in the afternoon and s’mores in the evenings by the fire. The spa, massage and amenities were great too. Montage has truly perfected the vacation experience. You can lounge and relax or you can have lots of active adventures. It’s not a stuffy atmosphere at all, but rather warm and welcoming and super friendly. I traveled solo and had the best time meeting other travelers. It’s also SUPER dog friendly! My dog enjoyed the trip as much as I did. Miles and miles of trails to walk and explore. They left a bed, bowls, and homemade biscuits for her in the room. She really freaked out over the dog biscuits so they must have been good. All the restaurants and food were exceptional too. Best meals I’ve ever had. Just a perfect 5 star resort!
