the breakfast was very good. we had planned on getting in the whirlpool and swimming pool but we kept getting back to late from the NASCAR races in Martinsville.

The property is conveniently located off Route 77; very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of foods; the staff did a good job of keeping the dining area clean and stocked. Will stay there again.

This is in a beautiful mountain town and felt very safe. We were able to drive a short distance for some delicious Mexican food for dinner after we arrived and really there is nothing else we could have wanted for our stop in between destinations. Definitely recommend this property.

From start to finish this place impressed me. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room with nice touches and incredibly soft sheets. Good breakfast with lots of options. I’m kinda sad that I’m not traveling that way again soon so I could stay again.

Easy to get in a snowstorm. Very welcoming with a great “hot” breakfast. My grandson loved the automatic pancake maker.

Reservation Problem
Hotel did not have my reservation. I called Hotels.com and they said they had sent my pre-paid reservation to the hotel. The Comfort Inn owner reluctantly accepted the payment from Hotels.com. I would not book the Comfort Inn & Suites Hillsville, NC again because of the reservation resistance.
