Very clean with super friendly staff. Continental breakfast was very good with a variety of options. Wish it would have been more quiet. After check-in we tried to take naps before the show started but on the second floor it was very noisy as they were still cleaning rooms. Regardless I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here before and there has been much improvement. The room was clean, updated vinyl flooring (last time my room smelled like pets due to the smeel of the rugs) and the beds and pillow were very comfortable. My only complaint was the noise. The walls were so thin i could hear the man or woman in the next room snoring. At 8 am I was woken up by slamming doors and the house keepers were already vacuuming, not exactly what i want to hear on my vacation. Also plumbing maybe old everytime you turned the shower on a screeching noise sounded and the tub was clogged and filled with water. Breakfast was mediocre but to be expected, there are lots of other options near by.

The property was very nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and for $65 a night you really can't beat it. The room was smaller, which we expected given the name of the hotel and the price, but they utilize the space very well and it feels nice and roomy. Our only complaint was that the walls were very thin and we could here our next door neighbors tv and their conversation pretty easily. It made us not want to talk too loud in case they could hear us easily too. The continental breakfast was excellent, and included a waffle maker, silver dollar pancake maker and plenty of fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cereal and more. We will definitely make this our spot when we visit Franklin for our non-camping trips in the winter. You really can't beat it for the price!

Worst hotel. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles. Shower didn’t drain. Only 2 towels in the room when we had 4 people. Fan on ac didn’t work Definitely needs some TLC. Staff check in wasn’t very friendly. Was telling her about the traffic how terrible it was on 75 didn’t even care it was like I was talking to the wall.

No microwave or mini fridge in room. Room is very small. Pillows are not comfortable, they should be replaced very lumpy. Rooms are adjoining so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, really great if you have anxiety. Place is great if you're passing through not if you're staying multiple nights.

The oweners and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and had enough accommodations for our stay. We had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which was good enough for us. I loved the window seat, it was the perfect spot to sit and read my book. They have complimentary breakfast as well. It was located in a convenient location surrounded by lots of food options, a pharmacy, walmart, whatever you may need is within walking distance. There is even a trampoline park right behind it you could take your kids to. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The only issues that i noticed, which werent really a big deal to us, was that the faucet had a slight leak and the water made a screeching sound when you first turn it on to take a shower. It stopped after a few seconds though and neither of these things bothered us at all. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

First off, It is a 21 hotel not 18 like the website says. Second of all, the keys stopped working every single day. We had to get our keys reactivated every time we left the hotel room. The hotel room themselves were super small. The pictures make the hotel room look a lot bigger then they are. There is no room between the bed and walls and anywhere to walk. There is also a charge for extra towels or extra anything during your stay. Overall, the hotel was very overpriced for the conditions it had. There were extra charges for everything, it was very tiny, there was no space, the keys stopped working everyday, and it was a very tiny hotel. I would not stay here again for the price. It is not worth it at all.

The tv remote didn't work. The toilet flushed so slow, we were afraid to use it and had to request to be moved to another room, which was done without hesitation by the staff.

The property was a normal hotel. The breakfast was nice each morning, there is a fun arcade right next door too. The staff were really what made this place great. They are super friendly and helpful, just really good people running and working at this place!

It was fine, we had a dog, so the room we got smelt like old socks.., had tv issues again (second time staying here), but was repaired by a very nice employee from the front desk.

Poor service, facility HAS NO ELAVATOR you must carry yourself and luggage up 2 flights of stairs and thru 2 fire doors to get to your room on the 2nd floor.
