"The first issue was the wait for check in but we were early so I somewhat excused that. The staff was not very helpful and no one answers the phone. During our wait we saw a roach. The next morning we had no hot water to shower. I let them know when checking out. No one seemed surprised or offered any sorry. It's safe to say we won't be back."
