This was a convenient location for us to visit our daughter and right next to the Hershey Pantry. The lower rating was due to a booking issue that could have been handled a bit better. Hotel itself was great.

The room I prepaid and given away so they downgraded me but kept my rate the same, The downgraded room's HVAC did not work so they moved me. The place smelled of marijuana and trash. They only clean the rooms every other day so everyone leaves their smelly trash in the hall.
