"Good hotel stayed here to go to Hershey park, It was a great location for it although Hershey is pretty small so anywhere you stay is going to be close. It was a nice hotel though overall I didn’t really like that it was on the same property as the red roof inn just felt a little awkward. This hotel seemed busier to with it being where the working crew landed at least it was the 2 nights we stayed. Breakfast was decent for the kids there were a few things there for them to choose from. Pool was a good size the kids enjoyed it, we did not get in as we found the water to be cold. We also had some noisy upstairs neighbours the first night not sure if it was the hotel not keeping noise out well enough or if the actual people were just extremely loud but they stomped around most of the night until about 11pm then stopped until about 6:30am even though quiet hours are 10pm-9am. Overall though it is a nice hotel if we come again I’d stay here again I think I’d try to ask for a top floor room so we didn’t get stuck with noisy neighbours above us again."

"Check in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and clean - 2 queen beds with sofa pull out. We really like this particular room because it had a the sofa pull out, desk, and 2nd tv in a partially walled space. There was an open and no door. This was nice because with 2 kids, they each wanted to watch something different when it was whine down time. It gave each their own little space. I liked that the desk had wheels and could be moved around and utilized throughout the room. We appreciated the continental breakfast in the morning. Our daughter loved making waffles by herself. They had a nice selection. The gym was a nice size and had a variety of equipment and it is 24 hours! Indoor pool is an okay size. Perfect for the kids to play or if you just want to take a dip. If I recall, it is 3 (one side) to 4 feet (other side). We truly appreciate that it has a pool in the first place! Especially, if the weather would have been more than ideal. We only utilized it for about minutes because the weather was perfect! We really like the location too. Set back a little bit, very short drive to everything (Hershey Park, Outlets, Dining etc.) We would absolutely stay there again!"

"We were given a room that they must use in reserve, the room was sub par. The door had a huge gap on the bottom where anyone could lay on the floor and look in. The shower curtain was missing and the soap dispenser in the shower fell apart. I wouldn't recommend staying there ever again."
