pouring rain didn't see much of property, given 2 keys neither worked ,returned to front desk to ask to be given 2 new keys that worked, I was asked if I knew how to work keys...really?? I asked are you asking if I am stupid and don't know how to open a hotel door with key, the attendent asked if he could try, whatever you want, he tried both they didn't work, surprise ..surprise , no apologies he just said he would go get us us new ones....next time if customer says key doesn't work just apologize and reprogram the first time!!!

Curtains torn, only one chair, leak in tub drainage, room phone didn’t work (told staff at front desk, didn’t seem to care), room keys worked intermittently ( reported, front desk staff didn’t care). Breakfast adequate.

Just off the freeway. Nothing terrible, just an older area and the side door isn’t locked from the outside so it feels a little unsafe.

Price was great. Lobby from outside looks a bit sus, but really clean and comfy inside. Great price. Nice pool and sauna! Good breakfast too.

Room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was nice, but there was a large rotting spot in the wood on the ceiling, leaking drops into the pool.

The staff was extremely polite. Basic amenities, clean room, breakfast was adequate and available later than most other hotels. Easy access to rooms.

Booked thinking it was going to be half decent for a quick night stay but must say the following 1/ halls had dirt and haven’t been vacuumed in a while 2/ bedroom bed was horrible and could feel the springs 3/ could hear through the paper thin walls and people in next room talking until midnight 4/ kid screaming in hall at 11pm 5/ bathroom shower continued leaking and dripping 6/ fridge doors broken on freezer 7/ bed pillows and blanket are horrible 8/ way too much money for what they charge Good - still trying to find a positive thing! Hoping the breakfast is something positive!

the outside doors were left open and the pool room was cold,nobody was using the pool.it's a little tool cold the first part of February to leave doors open. the sauna is in the same room the outlet for the coffee maker did not work.

No usb or outlets near bedside. Ice machine was one floor down opposite end. No elevator. Didn’t clean our room the first day. After that we had only two towels and NO toilet paper. If you closed the drapes, the drape blocked any air coming in from the a/c. Hair dryer stopped working after 2 minutes. King sized bed with small very hard pillows. Three times had to get the entry card reprogrammed downstairs. Would not stay here again. Would not recommend

Breakfast was limited in options and the hot food was cold. I used to manage BW and this one could use some help. We asked the manager in the morning when we left to have something fixed in the room. When we returned in the late evening nothing had been done. The girl at the desk did send her dad up to fix it right away when I went down to report it again.

The price was nice, but sometimes you get what you pay for…. I don’t mind an older hotel as long as they keep it clean and in working order. Our microwave didn’t work, fridge didn’t work (they thought some circuit breaker was the issue, didn’t fix it but it was not worth the trouble to pursue further ) beds weren’t awful, but the floors and even the wall were dirty (hair all over in the corners in the bathroom ) Pool heater was broken. Breakfast was very limited, and ended up pretty much skipping it. Just my limited observations, but it appears there are several people living at this hotel? I dont have issue with that in and of itself, more the atmosphere they let it create here. I’ll just leave it at that…

The room (non smoking) smelled of stale cigarettes. The tv screen had something all over it. Half of the jets in the jacuzzi had no pressure. The shower took 15 minutes to warm up just enough to use, with no water pressure. The bed was very uncomfortable.

I liked that it was close to where i had to be early the next morning, and I liked the price. I disliked that the bathroom was so small, and very outdated, and there was no vent in the bathroom so when we got showers it was so humid in the whole room after. The room itself needs updated, the mattresses are old, there was dust and mold in the vent of the heat/ air conditioner. Overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The fridge had 2 fudgsicles in the little freezer area that were total mush. I guess it was cheap for a reason.

The one attendant was sleeping in a chair at the counter during checkin. There was a used plackers plastic toothpick on the floor in our room. The indoor pool was not suitable for swimming, it was freezing cold. We left after 2 hours.

The beds and pillow were super uncomfortable. Indoor pool was very dirty so we didn’t even bother going. Morning breakfast was terrible. They had waffle batter which made sour waffles (tasted super bad), eggs were undercooked and the sausages were over cooked. Juices were from the machine, so they were not fresh at all. So, at the end i had yougurt and banana. Overall stay was terrible and won’t be coming back to this property for sure.
