We required assistance from the desk clerk, who immediately came to help and said that this is a known problem… The hotel itself is elegant and modern in the public areas of the lobby, very Finnish, as it should be! Unfortunately, it is located in an unattractive inner courtyard at the airport, surrounded by asphalt, concrete, glass, and steel, none of which is inviting or attractive. The walkway to reach the hotel entrance from the airport, which takes about two or three minutes, is not enclosed."
