The setting on the river and the amenities make this a peaceful retreat for anyone desiring a spa experience. The front desk staff was attentive and efficient.

It was a quick business trip. The place and area was beautiful. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. I stumbled on this hotel driving to Helsinki from Joensuu like I do every month and I am sure I will be returning. Great food, beer and people.

Very nice spa and location . Food and service good . Spa hours not good . Sauna good but aroma sauna too fruity smell , wrong aroma ! Infrasauna smelled bad and cold/hot pool not in operation . Pool and hot tubs very good . Sauna not on in the morning , this was not good at all ! Steam room very good .

The only missing thing was spa availability in the morning. Otherwise excellent.

Nice Location, but a Little Dated.
This spa is in a great location, right by a lake. The room had a single bed and sofa. The bed was comfortable, but the room felt a little dated and not quite what I was expecting from a Spa. The food was good and overal, I would sta here again.

Liikkumisongelma
Huomioiden Heinolan taksien määrä arki-iltoina vain 1 auto ajossa on hotellin sijainti keskustasta turhan kaukana - varsinkin, kun baari menee niin aikaisin kiinni. Ruoka oli todella maukasta.

Siisteys suunnilleen kohdallaan, vessa harja ja kippo voisi pestä joka asiakkan jäljiltä, nyt ne olivat siinä kunnossa että vaihto uusin olisi hyvä. Nyt tulossa infulenssaa, koronaa ja ernlaisia vatsatauteja, kosketus kohdat tärkeitä. Koko henkiökubta ystävällistä, osaavaa. Kiitos.

Bra hotell som börjar bli lite slitet
Det var ett bra läge och hög bekvämlighet på detta ställe. Vi använde oss inte av spa-delen så där har jag inget att komma med. Bra mat med en ganska begränsad meny på restaurangen. Sov gott i bekväm och stor dubbelsäng. Frukosten var väl inte toppen av kvalitet, kändes som lite billiga produkter. Hotellet skulle även behöva en uppfräschning, börjar på bli lite slitet.
