Cape View Stay
Had a great stay at this venue. Down with a group to play golf - great location for this and to other local attractions. Thanks for a nice place to stay - it was superb for our group.

Fab weekend away to celebrate
We planned a weekend away for 7 people and it was the perfect spot for everyone to have their own beds. We ended up with only 6 and the host was very friendly and open to refunding the additional person cost for them. Property is great, unfortunately we didn't have the best of weather but it didn't dampen the 80th birthday celebrations we were there for. Upstairs was FABULOUS and perfect for what we needed and the bathroom downstairs is great (I think we all ended up using that!) on small thing is that the rumpus room was a little musty and contained a few spiders and was a little dark, so my kids weren't overly impressed but the rest of the house really did make up for it! Would love to stay there with some nice summer weather next time. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely Cape getaway
Property was way better than expected. Lovely views, great deck and good amount of space for 8 people staying. Just a little odd to get asked to check out early... especially when we were up there for a concert the night before. Upstairs shower was a bit tiny so a squeeze for 6ft adults but there were other showers to use. Would definitely recommend as a great place for families to stay. Handy to wineries and Havelock North.

Plenty of room for a great family holiday with adult children and cousins.
Lots of space and nice big table for evening games. Nice elevated living area with doors that open out. Garden large with room to play away from road. Recommended for a HB visit for a group.

Birthday celebration weekend
Despite the bad weather, we had a fantastic family weekend away. The house was perfect and accomodated us all comfortably. We enjoyed the location and views! We would recommend staying at this property!

Great spot
The house and location were perfect for a winter getaway. There were 7 of us and plenty of room. It was great for walking and cycling with good coffee nearby and nice restaurants for brunch. I highly recommend this place.

Perfection.

Great place and fantastic host
We were so impressed with Holly the host. When we realised we had made a mistake with the booking and our wedding guests would not have somewhere to get ready before the wedding, Holly did everything she could to ensure the property was ready for us early. She even pitched in with the cleaning to make that happen. Our guests loved the house and the location. Thank you so much.

Beautiful romantic and close to vineyards
Would totally recommend staying here. Beautiful modern house, and can fit up to 10 people, loved it was close to the Vineyards and walking distance to cape kidnappers and yo a barn zoo. And the beach. House was beautiful inside and had a beautiful back yard. Totally come back and stay here again.

Good location, comfortable property
We were but 3 people in a property that sleeps ten so we had lots of room. The sea view from the upper level was relaxing. Local shops two doors down were a convenient feature. Proximity to wineries was great.

Great family place
With the rumpus room downstairs, the older kids were very happy to have their own space. Great to have a barbecue on the deck, even though it was raining ! You do have to be careful of the tiles when it’s wet though! Comfy chairs & beds. Excellent proximity to the four square & bar.

Beautiful location
Tidy property, albeit a little tired. Plenty of room, lovely backyard and a fabulous location. However, recommend avoiding if you value your privacy - owners obviously live nearby or have the property under a watchful eye. We received a phone call as we were 'seen attempting to pull out the sun awning' (it requires a remote control which we were not aware of). Guest numbers were also queried. Felt very uncomfortable being watched, so cancelled a planned lunch at the house the following day and made the most of the beautiful surrounds and vineyards instead. Spoilt an otherwise enjoyable holiday.

All you need and then some
We had the best time, house is well equiped, immaculate, beds are super comfy and such a perfect spot to sit with your morning coffee from the coffee cart next door in the sun and enjoy. So close to the wineries, Havelock North and the Hawkes Bay Farmers market. Definately will be returning.

Our stay for perfect as 9 ladies were doing an event starting 5km down the road. The coffee cart next door was a bonus and the house was great for us with all the bathrooms. Would book again.

We enjoyed our stay 3 of us were there for 2 nights and 9 for 1 night. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Nice area, beautiful views and close to necessities with lots to do in the Hawkes bay. Safe for our 2 year old gates on the stairs and railing on decks.

It's a little bit country yet right on the beach.
A very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished holiday house, the beds were comfortable with lovely linen and duvets, three bathrooms and plenty of options for sleeping arrangements . Next door is a well stocked supermarket, and a busy little coffee cart for the latte fix, plus a burger and fish and chip shop. Ten minutes drive finds yoou in central Hastings or Havelock North, another ten and you're in Napier. You're in wine country too so plenty of options for eating out, though for eating in - there's a BBQ and a well equipped kitchen, eating al fresco on the deck accessed through the sliding doors there are awesome views of the ocean and Napier city. There is a lot of traffic flowing past the house as it's on the road into and out of Clifton, so we needed to keep the bedroom windows closed at night for a bit of sound proofing, despite this, I highly recommend it.

Fab girls reunion
A great house for 7 ladies having a weekend away. The 3 bathrooms were a nice surprise. Walking distance to Elephant Hill for dinner and also walking distance to Coastal Cycles where we biked around wineries. The house had everything we needed and more. The deck was great for enjoying the view in the sun. Would definitely recommend.
