"The staff was not very helpful— making you check in on a screen with your hands full of bags while they stand there telling you what to hit on the screen when they could just check you in at the desk themselves? What is the point? The rooms are very small and cramped and the bathrooms are terribly small. No room to take a shower or use the sink. The breakfast is good but the stay was otherwise very uncomfortable."

"Lovely hotel, nicely situated, great helpful staff. Had to leave early for my flight so they prepared me a breakfast pack-up which was excellent. Tea and coffee available throughout the day from the reception area as none in room. Some very slight noise, only during the day, from some improvement work going on. "

"Andenes Hotel is a sanctuary within Cusco. We stayed here before and after a 7 day trek with Mountain Lodges to Machu Picchu. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Great central location. Comfortable and quiet. Couldn't ask for more."

"Why in the world this facility shows a picture of the yellow building on the water is beyond me! It has nothing to do wirh this yellow building and that was very disappointing. The actual building was fine but no view at all. "

"The dining room has great views, food good for both breakfast and dinner, saved having to go out looking for places to eat. 5 mins walk from town centre and ferry terminal. 1 min walk from bus for Evenes airport(50 mins trip). Bedroom good size and good amenities, mine did not have good views but pay more and get the stunning mountains. Great bathroom with the heated floor of course. No fridge."
