"Crowne Plaza Changi is perfect for a stopover. A few minutes walk from baggage pickup. Quick and friendly check in. Upgraded room was amazing. Really luxurious bedroom and bathroom with beautiful bathroom products. A coffee machine with several choices of pods. I had breakfast in the Jewel which has lots of choice. "

"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."

"Convenient but the room so small when I asked for 2 bedroom and gave me bunk bed. The door to the shower kinda uncomfortable. For those price its too much "

"Located near Marina Bay Sands, this hotel was really conveniently placed and had good transport links to get around Singapore very easily (a 3-minute walk from Promenade MRT which had links to two train lines). The hotel itself was extremely clean and the staff were superb. We were pleasantly surprised with how large this hotel was (38 floors), and yet was incredibly peaceful and quiet. We even got a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely!"
