"11th floor supposed to be a non smoking floor and our room 1116 was smell of smoke and we discovered that there were ashes that the chamber maid didn't clear away, it could have been done better. Breakfast offering was average. However they have a mall next door, offering better food and a park across the road, was lovely covered with snow now (20-26 Dec). We had fun at the park."

"1. This hotel is "far away" from downtown Harbin. 2. Don't trust the map. When it gets traffic jam, you will need 1 and half hours to get to the airport. 3. I share with others in that the biggest complaint is a lack of the staff's profesisonalism and tardiness. Checkin takes 15 minutes. Checkout takes 20 minutes. 4. "The bathroom beside my dorm room was coated in dog hair? And my bed was broken and made a lot of noise whenever I shifted positions in the night, I felt bad for my room mates. The common area was also under construction. Otherwise it’s a really basic hostel with everything you need. I just wish the lockers had allowed for personal locks. It’s a good area and the rooms/bedding were clean, they even lent me a towel."

"部屋自体はちょっと狭いがまあまあ快適でした。夜、廊下ででかい声で立ち話をしているおばちゃんの声がうるさくて寝れなかった。やっと部屋に帰ったと思ったら、ドアが閉まっていないブザーがずっとなりっぱなしでうるさかった。マナーの問題なんですけどね～。空調から、煙の臭いや料理？のにおいがしてくることがあった。食堂の換気扇とダクトがつながっているのではないかと思われる。周りには、そこそこ食べ物屋はあるが、マッサージが無くて残念だった。"

"The room is dirty, shower room leaks water to the floor, it was patched but still leaks, change to a smaller room without shower room, but both room carpet are very dirty and never vacuum during my 6 days stay. The breakfast has very few selections comparing to most other hotels. It’s about 2 stars rating to me."

"Definitely comfortable but a little far away from the main attractions. Door to the toilet did not close properly. Given that taxi are sometimes a little difficult to call for during early morning, we requested the hotel to help us book one. However, staff did not want to help us at all."

"Хостел на самом деле достойный. Персонал приветливый и добрый. Китайцам этого не занимать. Постельное бельё чистое белое без посторонних запахов, мне понравилось. Насчет душа и туалета (общая зона) нареканий тоже нет. Чисто и нет запаха "общественного толчка". Фен есть, шампунь есть, полотенце у мееч было своё, поэтому не знаю выдают или нет. Кажется выдают. Чайник, термос, стаканы одноразовые, хол общий чистый. Замечаний нет. Район для меня был удобен так как рядом (2-3 квартала пешком)...
