There were a few minor maintenance issues with my bathroom, and a deep clean would deal with the minor cleanliness issues.
Overall though, very good, and the staff are polite, helpful and on the ball.
This is my first choice hotel for Hanover, I have stayed here before and it will continue to be my first choice for these business trips.

My room and linens were clean. The front desk staff were kind. I grabbed cereal on my way out and the box was expired!! Please FIFO your breakfast items.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly! Would stay again.

Our room was not fully cleaned. We had a full trash can and food in the refrigerator. We had already begun to unpack and then had to pack up and move. The staff was very nice but couldn't offer us a discount or anything due to booking through a third party. For the cost of the room, I was very disappointed.

Very clean, staff is friendly & accommodating - the rooms are uniquely designed & comfortable. I would only suggest that an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a nice touch for added comfort & privacy.

Stay was great. Breakfast amazing. I did however see mold on the ceiling of the shower. I did not like the barn door stye bathroom door. Not much privacy.

It was great, quiet and clean. Did not do the gym nor pool, but the room was great. Only thing is that room 226 bathtub was not draining properly

Great staff, computer actually crashed at check in and the front desk person handled it like a true pro. Took us to our room and let us in with a key while they waited for a re-boot so we didn't get stuck waiting in the lobby for a half hour. Everyone we spoke to was excellent and very friendly.

The staff in the am and pm were very welcoming and so pleasant. Rooms were nice and bed and pillows comfortable.

I find this property very well taken care of, so I was surprised at the condition of the hot tub tile and lip. I
When sitting in the thot tub, you can really see the peeling and deterioration of the "lip" and the hot tub appears to be dirty. This was also disappointing because it was in this condition last year.

Could not get room cleaned while there three days.
Liked the breakfast option.
Overall, it was a very nice and well-kept facility. Nice hot breakfast was served along with complimentary all-day coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Rooms were nicely cleaned and a great bed with room amenities.
