Wonderful hotel. Best staff ever. My only issue is that it was very difficult to find the parking the first time. The hotel entrance is in a tricky location but otherwise great hotel

Overall was really good, I was just disappointed that the buffet was fully set up as if the hotel was full when we were just a few guests. I would recommend that room service was provided or breakfast ordered the night before and prepared per each order. The amount of food that was displayed will end up in the garbage and that is sad.

It was one of the most establishments I’ve stayed in. The staff was so efficient, helpful, and very customer friendly. They answered every questions with enthusiasm and expertise. They make my stay very comfortable and definitely will be back because of the great service I received

The hotel located in old building that used to be pen factory. 4th floor doesn’t have elevators, you have to climb 30 stairs at least. The room was dirty, spider nets on the light fixtures, tv almost on the floor, you can’t seat and watch tv, definitely not from the bed. The crew communicated, but no results, only sorry and that’s what we have. I’m sorry but it’s not the Sheraton network that I used to.

The building is under monument protection and for this reason there are strict conditions which do not allow us to build a lift from the third to the fourth floor. Favourite hotel in Hannover
Good breakfast, amazing conversion of a world famous factory into a great hotel with superb high ceilings. Adjacent gym one of the most comprehensively equipped gyms I've seen in a long time

Wonderful stay
I arrived early after a long flight. The staff was very courteous and arranged to have my room upgraded to suite and ready to accommodate me. Rebecca and Olga and the management took the extra time to assist in other services.

Nice hotel next to tram line to Central Station where you can go anywhere in Germany with very little effort. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much at the Sheridan and protect Lee thank the hotel staff at the breakfast dining room for their courtesy and kindness. Very nice experience

Nice place but the charge for internet use in your room at €90 per day is robbery, the bar is opposite the hotel and small and dark not the nicest place to sit and relax after work.

Food tray was still there next evening as they don’t clean as they should also they didn’t change towels and I requested new ones but they were just droped off left on top of the table and same with bed linings.

Moldy shower, exceptionally rude reception staff, non-functional wi fi and computers. The staff refused to provide me a receipt when I checked out because I booked on Hotels.com. My adult son stayed with us 2 of the 3 nights and the hotel would not reduce the price for the third night. There are no restaurants near by. However the U bahn is in walking distance.

The hotel is good, clean, comfortable with friendly staff, its not too far from the town centre, transport is just outside (tram) and its fairly close to the motorway. The Italian restaurant close by serves good food too.

Absolutely a great place to stay!!!!!
We loved this hotel! Everyone was friendly and lovely- and so sweet, which is unsusual and very special. Very dog friendly as well.The hotel was beautiful and we will visit again when we pass through Germany. What a truely wonderfful surprise!

Conveniently located to train in city - 3 stops
Hotel service was very good, we had a suite on the ground floor which was very big and comfortable. Breakfasts were very nice The hotel is located in the pelikan square which is a former pen factory, the hotel has a restaurant plus there is a really well known good restaurant and a cocktail bar across the square, normally we stay in the city centre itself but this time chose here as our friends were getting married in the aposthalle opposite, I'm glad we did as we will return the area was really nice and there is a tram stop across the road which gets you into city centre in under 5 minutes - easy to use, cheap and quick

Great Sheraton, many are not good, this one is. Rooms appear to have been refurbished since my last stay and are very comfortable. Only problem was the aircon was not working in my room and it was hot and stuffy.

NOT SUITABLE FOR GAY COUPLES
The room we had was on the 4th or 5th floor and it was terrible to get there. We had to use the lift till the 3rd floor and walk up with so much luggage with no help from the hotel staff. We are a gay couple visiting for a weekend and the man at the reception automatically gave us two single beds. I was scared to ask for a double bed as I was afraid it might invoke homophobic sentiments in him. Overall we had a terrible stay as the hotel did nothing to make out stay comfortable.

Outstanding. Unique that they had a high-end fountain pen shop integrated that related to the building's history as Premium Pelikan Pen maker. Superb restaurant. Will recommend for business and getaways.

A hotel worth the stay in Hannover Germany
This is a really nice hotel built in a renovated factory. The restaurant has no atmosphere at all, but the lounge/bar has good food and is very nice.

Good service. The first room I stayed in smelled of cigarette-smoke, but I was able to move to a new room when requested. Disappointing to have to pay for internet connection. This should have been included in rate. I suggest you provide better lightening in the bathroom (makeup-mirror)
