We enjoyed our stay. The side light didn't work in my bedroom and at one point none of the lights worked in the other bedroom. We left a note suggesting they check the bulbs. We certainly left the place cleaner than when we arrived.

Home away from home
Such a cute cozy property! The owners have thought of everything, you are not short of anything in this home from cooking equipment to fun DVDs to watch. Super comfy beds and fabulous water pressure. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful Family getaway 💛
We loved every minute of our 3 Day stay! This has become our family favourite home away from home where we can escape to for a few days to relax with the added bonus of being able to bring our fur babies with us!!! Highly recommend ⭐️ We will be back!! Xx

Brilliant house for a brilliant price
Absolutely love this house it comes with everything needed is perfectly clean and tidy very homely 4.5 star rating from us though as the power supply cord for the dvd player was not there :)

Perfectly suitable dog friendly cabin
We are always so appreciative of accommodating dog-friendly, fenced accommodation. Tucked away from Hanmer near conical hill the house has a private, sunny deck and lawn. We were impressed by the comfortable bed, the two heat pumps if you wanted a cooler room over night, and the functional kitchen and other facilities. Thanks so much

PERFECT Doggy Family Stay
Amazing waking to the snow. Private yard for our Furbabies too play in. Cozy warm Fireplace after a day driving up the Mountains returning Home chilled to the bone. Can't wait till our next stay!!

Lovely home away from home. Ideal to have my paw baby with us. Cold temperatures were not a worry due to awesome fire and had everything you could need, thank you an awesome 50th birthday with my sister who is back in NZ for a short time, lots of new memories made in this wonderful chalet.

Acheron Return
Our second stay within a few months, this time with our small dog. Surprisingly, it was a warmer trip than our March one and we even got to sit out on the deck. A warm and inviting log style cabin with everything you need for a great trip. Walking distance to town and lovely views from the dwelling. Will definitely stay again.

Nice view, Pet friendly
Nice, basic property on a steep hill, small section, shared driveway. Noisier than anticipated as sound from neighbouring properties being so close intruded at night and day.

Warm and comfortable holiday home
We enjoyed our family stay here! Comfortable beds and warm and cosy which was perfect for our little ones. Just a short drive down the hill to the hot pools and township and very easy checkin. Would recommend!

Great Location, and lovely house to stay in
We missed the bit about having to bring our own sheets and towels and only found out once we had left for our holiday, so had to pay a huge amount for heir. Otherwise great place to stay.

Hanmer Get Away

Cosy winter retreat
Have stayed at this property under previous management which suits our needs on a number of fronts. The cost however has increased considerably, this will influence whether or not we will rent this property in the future. The shower pressure is a huge improvement and the wet back fire ensures that the water is always hot.
