"The hotel is a bit outdated but looks like they are trying to update rooms etc The pool are was really nice however the water was very cloudy. The staff was amazing from Eddie at valet to Shantal at check in. Every interaction with a staff member restaurants, valet, front desk, bellhops was super pleasant. Breakfast overlooking the beach was lovely. They have a great variety of restaurants on the dining level. "

"My wife and I planned our trip to AC from northern NJ to arrive at check in time. We had reservations at The Chart House. When we arrived, we were told there would be an "early check in fee" or we could wait 15 minutes to check in. No other AC property has ever done this to us. We weren't hours early. We were 15 minutes early."

"Excellent place to stay. Wife and kids loved it. Right on the boardwalk. It’s a bit of the walk to self parking but nothing too bad. You definite need to find a bicycle rental and ride bicycles on the board walk. Even saw dolphins! Would gladly stay here again."
