I didn't like that you have to go up to the second floor to get to the lobby. The fitness room was nice, but you had to walk to the first floor and to the back of the building to get to. Not convenient to use at all. There's construction going on across the street, so it's pretty noisy starting early.
The property was clean and employes were very patient and kind. The probers is high end average but the experience wasn’t so amazing that we will return.
This hotel had lovely staff, a great breakfast, feels safe and is very clean. Underground parking is a must in this area and it felt bright and safe as well.
This property is reasonably priced, average rooms and the staff very nice. Unfortunately, the area is very sketchy but at least the staff are upfront about it. I was offered a security guard escort to go to Tim Horton's next door. You cannot even get into the hotel without a passcard or being buzzed in. No dining except for snacks. Breakfast is provided, but could maybe be available earlier. Be mindful of the hefty security deposit extracted if you don't book direct. I did not realize that I had been directed to Expedia and was hit with a $250 at check-in which takes a week to get removed from your credit card.
Limited parking and the card reader for the parking wasn't working well. Also cops told us we couldn't park out front to check in, but counter staff said it was ok.
The place is pretty clean but in a horrible location and i did check for parking and they told me it was available..but forgot to inform it would be an extra $15.00..I am a firm believer in customer service and theres security at the main door but still got treated poorly when i asked the customer service rep any questions.

Was a convenient location for the lacrosse game. Walkable with a few restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of foods.
They overcharged my credit card and the bank shut it off. Then they wouldn't take debit to pay for the room.

I had a $400 suit (after taxes). It did not come with parking. Parking was extra. There was no mention of that extra fee anywhere in the online information or agreement.
I wanted to stay at an adult centric high quality hotel. The people in the next room let their kids run up and down the hall, screaming.
Inside hotel was lovely, clean and our room was great with everything we needed. My daughter did complain that she was cold as only a thin blanket provided for pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress was also uncomfortable. She didn’t tell us til later that morning so no opportunity to ask staff for additional bedding.
Breakfast was mediocre, not much selection - particularly for those of us with dietary needs. Coffee was terrible but thankfully a Tim Hortons next to hotel (complete with security guard as clearly downtown Hamilton has its issues).
Parking in underground garage was safe but additional $15 per night.
Staff were courteous and helpful.
This hotel offered great value: safe, comfortable stay, great location, great breakfast, and absolutely exceptional customer service, all at a very reasonable price.
Excellent clean property. Underground parking is additional 15

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great property. Staff is very friendly. Water pressure is shower and sink is awful. Shower heaf needs to be cleaned or replaced. Remote in the living room was difficult to navigate. Breakfast was very good!
