Good
Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors television and activities. Toilets are super loud to flush but other than that it's a real comfy cozy space.

Worst motel ever ( do not stay here)
The room was not cleaned before I arrived it was very dirty, the window in the bathroom was boarded up. The toilet has poop on the seat where you would sit, checked for bed bugs did not see any but I believe there could have been due to the condition of the room. Asked to get my money back and leave but they refused said because I made the purchase online that I would need a 24 hour notice to get a refund. Let her know that that should be only if the room is decent but still they refused. She gave me a different room that was ok but I didn’t sleep well due to the Situation.

Ugh
No hot water, the key wouldnt work for me for some reason when I went to front deal and rang the buzzer I was ignored. I was made a reservation online for 2 nights and somehow at front desk it was messed up! And i was overcharged when complained got only partial back.

the sheets were dirty, the shower was dirty, no shampoo, photos on website showed microwave there was none not even a coffee maker, the photos are from another motel in Burlington not Brantford, no WIFI, Couch was leather and torn, only 1 facecloth for 2 adults and it was dirty, only 2 pillows, no kleenex, the walls are so thin the next door guests had a party we couldn't sleep. When we showed the owner how dirty were the sheets he got very mad and rude.We are not impressed with that hotel and Expedia for listing that hotel.

Everything worked just fine it was very clean the only thing that kind of sucked was there was no drain plug and you had to have the hot water on turned up enough for it to actually get hot but other than that it was clean there was tv and cheap as far as rooms go staff was very friendly even after i accidently locked myself out of my room after going for a smoke at 2 am.

Seems to a motel for homeless. One couple had been living there for 2 years and another for 4 months. Very rundown. All the lawn chairs ere broken.

Overpriced and they will price gouge you
I arrived at hotel got arguing with owner right away they told me they don't care i want to see my family and friends i have to pay a extra ten dollars just for family and friends to come pick me up or drop a coffee off because they would come inside my room for few minutes the room cleanliness was ok but very dusty even found the last persons garbage behind tv stand all in all i am very disappointed in my stay only plus side was no bugs

Why not stay here ?
A cozy spot ! A close drive to downtown Brantford, plenty of restaurants in the immediate area (especially family and ethnic sites ). Friendly staff ! A cost-efficient facility, reminding me of a throwback to the 1960's roadside motel.

Wouldn't stay again
Heard from client it the motel is not located in the best area of town. Motel is Old and has that old smell in the room. All the windows were open in the room when I arrived, it did not help. The room was totally clean just old. No shampoo, hairdryer or ironing board in the room. Woman at front desk very friendly and helpful

Clean, Quiet and Very Affordable
Just a little overnighter...quiet property less than 5 minutes from Brantford's core!! I am a smoker, so the smoking room was a nice option!!

Had booked for 2 nights on Expedia and was unable to cancel for 2nd night when plans changed. room was clean, bed was comfortable. Restaurant had terrific breakfast at additional cost.

Warning
At first, I was impressed with the general tidiness of the room. When I went to bed, that is when I first noticed the bed bugs. Killed about four of them and then started to collect them in a bottle to show the owners. I tried to sleep on the couch, still had bugs in the pillows. I took pictures and video. I had a gathering to go to the next morning, with an hour sleep, was in a rush, I told the owners and she said they did not have bed bugs. I showed her the bottle and she couldnt even hold the bottle. Would not stay there ever again.

OK motel, but it was terrible smell of smoke.
Everything was just ok, as you could expect for the price. Nothing fancy, but all in reasonable shape. The problem was with very strong smell of smoking in the room. The room was advertised as non-smoking, so very disappointed. Also sound isolation is not great. Could easily hear the guests in the next unit.
