overnight stop
just had a quick overnight stop and didn't arrive til late but was OK except TV didn't work. Was clean and tidy in good location for us.

The property was clean but decor somewhat tired. Not sufficient crockery in some cases but could be sorted with reception. We arrived after 2.30 pm but towels had not been left in the unit and we had to ask for a shower curtain. TV. - while. We had access to Netflix and that type of programme but there was no direct live TV coverage which meant hours/days old news, no up to date news. TV was accessed through YouTube. There were no regular channels to watch.

Great location easy walk to shops and bars & parking on site. The room was very spacious. Unfortunatly the room was also very noisy you could hear people outside clearly. The bed was too firm. The shower door was hard to open and the water in the shower kept going hot & cold.

Room was Clean and tidy, yet very dated. Room right beside car park and disturbed every night by cars, people on the phone, and arguing. Strange smell in room on check in - very chemically, maybe the cleaning products. The staff I interacted with all very friendly and accommodating

The bed was comfy and clean however guest's on floor above were very very noisy until 3.30am! Shower stool asked for but didnt have one, supplied own also shower floor slopeing down toward plug not ideal. Whole place looked as if it could do with maintenance.

The bed was super comfortable however there was no shampoo in bathroom and it was unbearably hot. There was a fan provided but we had to have several cold showers throughout the night due to the heat in the room

The one bedroom suite was large and well laid out. However there were stains on the carpet, the spa bath did not work, and most worrying was that there were dirty dishes in the kitchen and old milk in the fridge. At 3:30am two other guests started a massive fight with each other and there was yelling outside my room and on the pathways throughout the property. This went on for some time without any intervention from property managers.

Quiet comfort.
Lovely quiet stay in a comfortable room that met all our needs in a nice little affordable package. Plenty of cars in the car park but we didn't hear a peep. Definitely felt like a home away from home.

Good clean pet friendly motel.
Close to town, very comfortable, friendly hosts. Older unit but clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. First time I'd ever stayed in a pet friendly room as my son who doesn't live with us brought his dog. Being a pet friendly unit I was concerned about smells and cleanliness but there was no problem at all. The room was clean and no signs of previous pets having stayed there.

Walk to the city centre from here.
needed a central place to stay while in Hamilton at the last minute. Very Central and upon arrival was offered a larger room than I had booked which I was thankful for. The shower was warm and had good pressure. Iron in the room with kitchen facilities. Great value.
