Hotel management tried to ask for more money after checkout because of the fact that we had four people staying in a 4 bed unit, They initially thought we only had 2 people.

Fantastic place to stay, will gladly stay there again. The hosts upgraded me after learning of another not so pleasant experience at another motel that I checked into and out of within 5 minutes of arriving there. I stayed on business and it more than met all my needs and expectations.

The workers were very rude and unhelpful. For some reason our payment did not go through even though I received a receipt and a confirmation email. I even got a how is your check in going email. Which meant our room was no longer available for us. He rudely said no when I asked him if there were any other rooms. The other employee was completely unhelpful and just stared. Then when who I assume is the manager came out and was very rude, blunt and uncaring. There was no phone call or email or message from the motel or Expedia stating the payment hadn’t gone through only confirmation. He didn’t say I hope you find somewhere, good luck nothing very rudely said there’s no room here for you. You are wrong and contact Expedia. When looking online at reviews you can also see how many people have been treated badly. Also the bond is $1000!!! Ridiculously high for the motel considering it’s rooms. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I think it's pricy for what we get. The bathroom has no fan. Mugs are dirty. However, The room is clean and bed is comforty. Reception is kind.

It was a day before booking during the school, we had never stayed here before and I would definitely stay here again when in Hamilton. Clean, quiet, has a big shower and Sky tv! And easy and convenient to get anywhere in Hamilton

The team accommodate a last minute booking and request for one accessible room, also both rooms were placed right next to each other which was extremely helpful to care for the person in the accessible room. We were also placed in brand new recently built rooms, which also smelt new and was very modern and clean. Fast and efficient check-in and easy check-out process. Thank you

Booked in advance the day of check in I ring up to confirm booking and they had rejected the booking with no contact whatsoever. The man who answered the phone was rude. Glad we did not stay does not sound like a hospitable environment.
