Greeted by lovely, welcoming staff. Place was fine and quiet - stayed in bottom room. The room had a bit of damage - sat on dining room chair andit was very wobbly - lucky I didn't actually break it and bit of a hole in bathroom door. The outside / roadside of the property just had rubbish that looked as if it had been there for a while but grounds inside were well kept.

Quiet room away from traffic noise. Blinds over kitchen window & vents in bathroom full of dust & need a good clean. Matress on double bed needs replacing felt like i was falling onto the floor A number of cigarette burns in bedroom curtains made the room look untidy (unit was non smoking) No contact wuth management after collecting room key & appeared to be no way to contact them if needed in emergency. Ok as a last resort but would not be my first choice to stay

Rugby league weekend
Excellent host,fast book in explained everything clearly. Close to fmg stadium and supermarket. Very clean and has everything you need including a kitchenette. Only negative there is no sky TV

Everything was great loved the spa bath, the only thing wrong was the face cloth had worn very thin and had holes in it apart from that everything was absolutely fine 🙂 thank you if we're back up there we'll be hoping to stay there again

I didnt like having to walk upstairs to my unit. I didnt know this property had upstairs units or i would have asked if i could have a downstairs unit. If there were no downstairs units availabile i would have found somewhere else because i have weak ankles and its painful climbing up and down stairs.

Right across the road from the stadium which is good, but there were no flannels in bathroom, shower head was broken and wouldnt stay up, hooks on door to hang towels were broken and bed was very hard. For $190 a night it was below average. We've stayed in way nicer for the same or cheaper price

Good stay, clean and tidy. A couple broken things in the room, the bathroom window wouldn’t shut/lock, and the shower head was broken so you had to hold it while having a shower. But staff were nice & price ok

Room in good condition clean and the whole place is cleaning. Close to amenities great location good staff. I recommend Arena court. It has the stove,cutleries, utensils plates cups etc

Generally good.
Overall it was good. We had to get both upright dining chairs replaced as they were both broken and dangerous. The staff were not in the office at 7pm when I went to inform them of the chairs. We had to wait until next morning. However, they were replaced that day. No bedside lamps.

My room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The motel was in a great location. There were 2 Supermarkets nearby as well as being convenient to several eateries.

The lift was broken, I’m sure not a new problem. 63 stairs up to the room with heavy luggage. Carpets worn out and tatty. Good location but won’t be staying again.
