This is a relatively old fashioned hotel but comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was good the first day but seemed to be running out of things after that. Busy area but clise to transportation

Great location
Good location very close to the Hbf and main shopping streets . Staff were very friendly. Hotel is dated but clean. Beds are comfortable . Would def stay again. Good value for money .

We appreciated the great service at the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We have not used the hotel’s parking due to the XVAN’s size. Parking is extremely hard to find. The central train station’s garage is not designed for XVAN size cars. The central train station garage parking is pretty expensive with no max limit.

Easy walkable location to many sites and restaurants. Superior sound deadening in the hotel: heard zero outdoor noise or noise from within the hotel. Only downside was the lack of air conditioning.

Hamburg trip
Staff were reasonable friendly but did not go the extra mile to help. The faculty itself was alittle old and tired though clean and the breakfast offering was merely average. Finally, the on-site parking was limited and filled up quickly resulting in my cars exile to the public multi-storey which luckily was just over the road. Hotel was in a good location however.

Nice place to stay close to the main station. Staff are very welcoming and you get a free drink in the bar. The room was very clean and spacious. Lots of restaurant choices in the vicinity.

The Senator represents Hanseatic service.
The Senator is a solid hotel experience. If there is a problem, it will be immediately corrected. Breakfasts are great, the beds are comfortable, the ventilation is very good, the rooms are large enough to spread out in, and the staff is helpful, whether in ordering a cab for a 4 a.m. departure and following up to make certain it gets there, or taking coherent telephone messages. They can be relied on for restaurant advice "go to the second Italian restaurant on the street -- the second one, or we won't be responsible...."

Nice hotel close to central station.
Comfortable place, good bed- had a room at the back so was quiet. Lots of restaurants close to hotel, but we arrived late from the airport and chose this hotel as it is very close to the central station. Check in was quick and we had a completely drink from the bar.

Very solid choice in Astana!
Great hotel, great breakfast, and fantastic service for guests who don’t speak Russian or Kazakh! Very close to Khan Shatyr Mall too.

Great hotel choice for Hamburg
It was an excellent location, especially if you want to be near the main train station as well as the beginning of the Hop On Hop Off terminal. Lots of restaurants and shops of all kinds were within 2 or 3 blocks. The people working there were especially helpful when our luggage didn't make it on the plane with us, and then when it finally arrived, a bottle of mouthwash had leaked all over my husbands good pants. But immediately took his pants and washed them, dried them and ironed them.... one pair took three washings before they could get it all out! So we consider this a very good hotel!!!

Nice Hotel close to the main train station.
I stayed there for 2 nights.There is offer for free drinks in Hotel bar.Quiet and very clean room.The big lake just 5mins walk and many good restaurants nearby.I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Double rooms and breakfast
The double room was as seems frequent in Germany a twin room with the beds simply placed together and two small single duvets. Not a luxurious double bed that you can spread out in. Why call it a double? This is a twin. Intriguingly they say that they have no 'French" (French?????) doubles in the hotel. I spend my life in hotels in N America, S America and Asia and nowhere else seems to have this problem! The breakfast was good so full marks for that.

Godt hotell få minutter fra jernbanestasjonen
Hotellet ligger få minutters gange fra Hamburg jernbanestasjon. Effektiv resepsjon og vi fikk velkomstdrink i baren. Hyggelig rom med egen kaffemaskin.

Perfekt beliggenhed og godt til prisen Vi havde 3 overnatninger på Hotel Senator, og blev mødt at meget søde mennesker i receptionen. Beliggenheden er dejlig central - og til prisen var det et supert ophold. Vi kommer gerne igen! De har billig parkering i egen parkeringskælder.

Onhandig dat de receptie op de eerste verdieping is, en constant sleutels moet inleveren en ophalen. Onbijt was uitstekend. Na lekkage in de eerste kamer was snel een nieuwe kamer beschikbaar.

Venligt og imødekommende personale
Rigtig sødt og rart personale, meget hjælpsomme og opmærksomme på en. Rigtig fin og lækker morgenmad til en rimelig pris. Værelset var pænt og rent. Der er dog kun tyske kanaler, man savnede lidt nogle engelsksproget kanaler, men ellers er det svært at sætte en finger på noget. Alt i alt et rigtig godt ophold.

Gedateerd hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Wel aan een drukke straat. Parkeergarage heel klein en je gaat met een autolift naar beneden. Niet aan te raden voor grote auto’s
