Horrible stay. Room was not bad on one day. I had to call 3 times in a span of 1.5 hours and finally someone showed up at 830pm ! On another day no milk in the room, housekeeping sent tea bags instead while I was in the shower ! When I got off shower, I called reception to bring me milk sachets which I requested, he rudely requested me to come down to pick it up. Reception working after 8pm. Overall worse stay !

Everything was great, only were two things we didn't found as we spected, when we arrived there were none to make the check in and we had to wait 15mins until someone came, and the parking it said it was included finally it wasn't and we had to pay 19€/day.

Brand new hotel with very good parking facilities. Airconditioning did not work ok. But that will probably be fixed soon as it was a problem in the whole building.

Poorly handled fire alarm
The hotel was modern, clean, and spacious and in a good condition. Our stay started off well and my overall review would be positive were it not for the fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night and the subsequent response from the hotel staff. The alarm went off at around 01:00. We evacuated into sub-zero temperatures with our 4 year old daughter. She was thoroughly traumatized by the event. We were then told that it was a false alarm, nothing more. Afterwards, she didn't want to return to the room because she didn't feel safe. After much coaxing we got her back into bed and back to sleep around 03:00. The next morning, when confronted, the front desk staff offered nothing. No explanation, no apology, no offers of a late check out or even a cup of coffee. The front desk staff did not even make eye contact. Poorly handled indeed. While the hotel is nice, I will not stay here again because of the staff.

Brand new hotel fpr good
Brabd new hotel build spring 19. Ve good soundproofing. Sauna closed in november. Breakfast bit pricey 25 e.. Train station (S1 lines) about 10 minutes away.

Saubere Unterkunft. Gut gelegen, fußläufig zur U/S Bahn Parkhaus kostet 29€. Find ich bisschen viel für einen Gast.

Unkomplizierter (wenn auch nicht wahnsinnig freundlicher) Check-In. Im Badezimmer befanden sich leider noch die Barthaare des vorherigen Gastes und der Abfluss des Waschbeckens lief nicht gut ab. Die Situation beim Frühstück lieferte alles andere als einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Ein bei Abreise vergessenes Glätteisen war auf telefonische Nachfrage hin öminöserweise nicht mehr im Zimmer auffindbar. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Bombastischer Service!
Der Service und die Kompetenz der Mitarbeitenden war großartig! Leider war das eigentlich super geräumige und schöne Zimmer, an machem stellen sehr schmutzig. Auf dem Nachttisch war ein roter fleck, auf dem Boden waren braune flecken und die dusche hatte leider leichten Schimmel an der Silikonfuge. Es gab auch einge Wasserflecken. Die Lüftung im Bad ist sehr laut, so laut dass man auf jeden Fall nicht mit offener Bad-Tür schlafen konnte. Auch bei geachlossener Tür hat man es noch gehört. Wir riefen nachts beim Service an, dieser sagte jedoch, dass sei normal und in den anderen Zimmern auch so. Sie wollte jemanden schicken, aber wir waren bereits im Bett. Deshakb haben wir es ignoriert. Ansonsten war es aber eine tolle Hotelerfahrung. Super groses und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit echt tollem Service! Es gan sogar Sekt zu Frühstück ;) Welnessbereich haben wir nicht mehr testen können.
