"Nice corner room, warm, secure. Good bedding, bed was lumpy, but I was too tired to care. Window above bed gappy and wind squealed through it during night. Would stay again, as cheap easy accommodation. Staff need to learn how to smile and be helpful rather than bare minimum and hating their jobs - although maybe they do."

"Great and friendly stay. A couple little things- one of our rooms wasn’t ready on time and when I enquired about why, they said it was available FROM 2pm, not at 2pm, and I think that’s a bit unfair and odd. Also, the room we were in had a window to a really noisy wind tunnel of an alleyway and kept me up a lot of the night. Our other room had a better view and no unusual noise pollution, though. Overall really nice, great price for a good location and friendly staff. Very helpful as I travelled with my baby and they were very accommodating. Will stay here again"

"Stayed here for a couple of nights, with family. Overall, a very good hotel. Great location - right in CBD, with Sky Tower at a walkable distance. The room was spacious, nice, well-furnished. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Nice bar next to the lobby to unwind and relax. Overall, we had a great experience."

"Quiet room, the bed is very comfortable. Walking distance from the main shopping road in Auckland and a quick stroll from Sky tower and casinos. Would recommend and definitely would stay again "
