"The private outdoor onsen was great . But the rooms were kind of old and some of the closets were stuffed with irrelevant things that look dirty. Some of the staff were not attentive or not capable."

"On a 5 star scale this apartment was a 10. Pinnacle of luxury with a true lake-front onsen and sauna, incredible views. They had thought of everything that we might need, including drinks and snacks. What an amazing property. Would love to stay here again and 100% highly recommend!"
