"Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get."

9 Jun 2019Only after we booked here did we find out that going to Ha Long and Cat Ba Island would have been easier from Hanoi. Ticket seller at the 'bus station' was agressive and rude and was grossly overcharging for tickets.
