Great hotel with good service
It is a luxury hotel with great service, but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to go to other places by walk, simply because crossing the street for non-Vietnamese is too challenging!!

I typically stick to 1 brand of hotel but I didn't have the option in Hai Phong. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel, the good food in the restaurant and the very nice staff.

Best hotel in Hai Phong
Another great stay at the Pearl River Hotel. Convenient location and just a few minutes from the airport. Good breakfast buffet. Large room. Comfortable bed. Room service. Great Wifi. Everything you need on a business trip. Will definitely be staying here again.

Happy but needs attention.
The rooms need to be upgraded we have stayed there for the last 8 years. And the carpet needs to be replaced. And with other hotels of that caliber the beds are pretty hard. But the breakfast is really good hotel staff is always friendly and curtious it’s one of the nicer hotels in Hai Phong. Just needs some remodel for the price that you pay.

I totally agree with you that Pearl River Hotel offers a “warm” environment in an colonial architecture. We noticed that you enjoyed yourself at our pool, restaurant and our newly opened Café Opal. I believed you are a well-travelled person and immediately you are able to find the misfit in the rooms as compared to the overall appearance of the hotel. Rooms on the 4th-6th floors are the pre-renovation rooms and the carpet is our top priority on the renovation list planned for the 2nd half of 2018. Greg, do advise us your next stay in Pearl River Hotel and kindly make your booking directly with my Reservation. Not a 5 star hotel!
We chose this hotel for a final night of relaxation at the end of our Vietnam holiday. Ended up in smoking rooms with terrible traffic noise that woke us at 5am. My son's room had problems with ver noisy AC that required three visits from maintenance and no offer of an alternative room. Soulless bar and restaurant area. Nice pool and good food.

청소 상태는 좋습니다. 조식은 보통 수준이고 직원들 친절합니다. 수영장은 있지만 수질이 좀 아쉬운 수준이고 예상외로 마사지는 훌륭합니다.

部屋は綺麗も…
部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応も悪くないが、大きい道路に面した場所にあるので、深夜までバイクや車のクラクションが聞こえできて騒がしい。あと、部屋の備品が引き出しにあり、場所が分かりにくかった。朝食はバイキング形式だが種類が少ない。しかし、後でホール担当が別で無料のメニュー表を持ってくるので、そこから選ぶことが出来る。

ok for 1 night
15 mins from airport, at the entrance of Haiphong, far from anything in the city unless you take a taxi 15 mins ride. Small bar on the ground floor with good snacks. Breakfast ok for such an hotel. Good size room. There is also an in-house "casino" not very crowded. For one night stay good option, even if a bit overpriced for the location

great staff. delicious breakfast. but poor massage
nice location great staffs. room was very clean and very comfort. and breakfast is so delicious. BUT, When I visit your hotel 3th floor SPA. massager's skill was not good. besides she ask to me very high tip. When massage service finished, she ask tip to me. so i gave 100,000d. but, she didn't satisfy. and continue demand to me more tip. so, I have to gave 200,000d to her. I think it is not good your hotel reputation.
