"It was a Quite place and clean but they could do some upgrades in the Bathroom parts of the Baseboards where falling apart and could use some touch up with paint"

"Front desk was very pleasant at check in. I explained an issue we had earlier in our trip and he assured me that wouldn't happen at their location. Room was great. Breakfast even thou we came at the last minute was still fresh. Front desk at check out was great as well."

"The property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathtub was pulling away from the wall and the shower curtain rod was being held up by tape. The ceiling had cracks and was dirty. The TV never worked. The stairs had trash on them and there were towels and trash by the exit. The back of the property appeared to have throw up on the sidewalk and felt very unsafe. Overall the property inside and out was unkept. It was not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but it’s in the top two."

"Breakfast was a disappointment. Although included with the stay, the property management is failing in keeping it stocked properly. There was no butter for toast and oatmeal, and there was no orange juice. Although it was supposed to be open until nine, we came down at 8:30 and they were out of waffle batter and hot breakfast items."

"All of the staff were super friendly & eager to assist you in anyway! Suggesting where to eat within walking distance after checking in late at night, making coffee, bringing out milk for coffee. Always with a smile! Rooms were clean, the provided amenities (body wash, lotion, shampoo, etc) were mounted on the wall, large quantities & great quality. Basic, comfortable rooms, light blocking shades, nice shower & water pressure. All perfect for the price. Very safe location. Near Lake Hefner for lovely walking/cycling trails & outdoor dining."
