"Highly recommended. I stayed for 9 nights over two intervals and had a wonderful stay. The property is on a quiet street convenient to Cadi Ayyad University and a 15 minute taxi ride from the RAK airport. The Riad's staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooftop dining/lounging areas were a plus, especially at the end of the day when things cool off. Would recommend to future travelers and will return myself."

"Breakfast buffet was limited and repetitive. Dinner slightly betterHowever, spa and pool area were good. Staff were attentive. Small lift suitable for just about 4 people, but with no luggage. Avoid side facing Main Street. Air conditioning was working. Only get one room card, which was inconvenient. No baths, all rooms with showers."

"Outdated design and very noisy. Reception did not acknowledge our prepaid reservation saying the don’t work with the online agency (Orbitz). I had to make an extra deposit to be able to check in. Later they corrected themselves. Reception cannot be reached by phone. If you let it ring they pick up the phone, hang up on you, and put the phone on busy, so that you cannot call them back. A terrible hotel."

"Our stay at Medina loft and Spa was amazing. Kanza was super awesome she arranged a driver for us who took us to the main sites we wanted to see. He was also totally awesome. Everything was fantastic! Marrakech is a beautiful city. Our hotel was within walking distance to everything including the bus and train station to go to our other destinations in Morocco.
