Managed to stay here for only a few hours before I catch my flight back to the US but overall seem really pretty. I wish I had a chance to enjoy the pool.

Room was nice . Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The location is kind of noisy and this is because there are bars nearby. The are is safer than other locations. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I will use this hotel again.

There are some rooms that have new windows and they are noise canceling but I had one that was still not renovated, so you may want to ask for a renovated room. All and all it is a very clean and good hotel for a work traveler

Staff and food were great. My room was a little old looking. Some stains on bedding, which were the only reasons for a 3 star. Price was good for location. Beds were soft and comfortable too

Good place but the day we arrived there was no running water and nobody let us know. They tried to compensate by giving us free breakfast but at the end they still charged it

I always stay at the Biltmore when I come to Guatemala, great staff, nice breakfast, good location, exercise room small but have always been able to use when want to.

The property is an excellent value for the money. A five star experience for a two star price. The fact that it connects to the Camino Real the five star hotel and enjoys many of the same services like restaurant access, etc. is outstanding. My second time there and that’s going to be my “go to” in Guatemala city.

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast buffet was nice. Disappointed that use of pool spa and gym was extra. Carpet in room was old and dirty. Had asked for extra towels that never arrived. View was nice
