Blissful stay at Country Bliss
The most charming bach we have stayed at in the past few years. Absolutely delightful, comfortable, and so full of character. Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the evenings. Came back to Wellington with lemons and feijoas picked from its garden. Will definitely stay there again😊

Perfect getaway
We’ve stayed here before and will stay again, perfect for us and our parents to have a couple of family days away together, lovely outdoor area for meals and close to town yet really peaceful plus we can bring our dog which is our reason for booking properties as he’s always on the tour!

A really relaxing spot
Amazing garden to spend your days and evenings in. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main St. The 20 minute walk back is enjoyable... And bikes and car another option.

Wonderful historic cottage
My family and I stayed here while visiting New Zealand from Alaska. It is a nice little cottage with a beautiful garden full of citrus trees. The wood stove came in handy on a cold night too. I highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Beautiful Heritage Property
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful heritage cottage. A great location to wander up into greytown town centre. The breakfast provisions for first breakfast were delicious and filling. Nespresso coffee and milk frother was a delightful find for my coffee loving husband. Highly recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway
The cottage and location are perfect for a weekend away from Wellington. Walk to Greytown centre and the rail trail or just relax in the cute cottage with the wood fire burning. The cottage is very clean and tidy (much nicer than any hotels!) and there’s everything you need. Will definitely be back.

Mid winter break
We arrived to darkness, when we opened the door we were greeted wirh a pre warmed home, with a welcoming abd the fire ready to go. A wonderful array of breakfast was also supplied which was really lovely. We loved our stay, warm well stocked and everyrhing we could need was supolied. Highly recomnend. We will be back in the summer.

Gorgeous cottage & a great location
A charming, really nicely appointed cottage. The gardens added to its beauty. Host was generous in the lovely touches that were there for us upon our arrival. Beds were very comfortable and the whole house was really well set up & provisioned. Easy walking distance to Greytown.

Country Bliss Cottage revisited
Our third visit to the lovely Country Bliss cottage in Greytown. The booking, arrival and communication stages with owner Cathy were very slick as is always the case. A highly recommended stay in lovely Greytown.

Excellent Cottage
Beautifully renovated historic cottage, very well equipped and clean and comfortable. All the facilities one needs and the owner was good to communicate with. Down a nice quiet street but only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Greytown has a really nice vibe to it and I would highly recommend staying at the Country Bliss Cottage

Simply gorgeous!
We absolutely loved staying at the cottage! Super cosy having the fireplace, the house was immaculate and the beds were really comfortable with gorgeous linen. Lots of lovely touches and tastefully decorated, we will most definitely be back!

Lovely Character Cottage
Cottage was lovely, lots of character and charm. Very nicely presented. Great to have the use of two bikes and can hire extra bikes close by if needed. Loved the location for a short walk into town. The Greytown bike trail starts just down the road and was awesome to do. Would definitely stay again.

Country Bliss in Greytown
Our second stay at this lovely cottage in equally lovely Greytown. Just as enjoyable the second time round and almost certainly will be back again. The cottage is great inside and out and Cathy adds little touches to make you feel at home away from home. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous Cottage
We loved our stay here. The cottage is beautifully decorated with tons of character, set in a lovely garden. It was lovely to light the fire which had been laid in and we were toasty warm in no time. Plenty of firewood supplied too. The breakfast provisions were generous, and much appreciated. We felt very well cared for! Would definitely stay again.

This property lived up to its advertising. It is a lovely old cottage set on a spacious section with beautiful gardens and fruit trees. The interior was beautifully renovated in a modern style, whilst retaining it's old cottage character. It had everything we needed and there were extra touches like the jar of biscuits, breakfast supplies, and chocolates. It was very cosy and warm, our dog loved lying in front of the fire.

Great outdoor space for the dog and kids and outdoor eating/bbq. Handy having the shed to store bikes. Love the short distance to walk/cycle with the kids to the main centre. Comfortable beds and linen. Our third lovely stay here.
