"On arrival after 5 hours riding motorcycles on a hot day, entry to car park over broken concrete drain and speed bump. Main door to reception locked. Eventually a man arrived. Booked into a room, advised no chef so restaurant closed for evening meal. Rooms basic, area overgrown bushes, outside furniture broken. Concrete steps worn out. Needs urgent refurbishment. Our stay 2 nights. No milk at breakfast. Croissants poorly cooked. No room service. Broken window catch, broken interior light, bath chipped and unclean black mold on wall tiles. Its is obvious this place is close to being abandoned. Awful."

"Amazing stay. My mom wanted to stay in a castle on our trip to Europe and the Chateau delivered. We felt so pampered. Turn down service in the evening, beautiful peaceful grounds, an amazing restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The bar was wonderful, and my mom and I had a lovely conversation with the bar manager who had just been hired. He was great and made delicious cocktails! The only slight issue we had was with the shower- there was no real shower in our room, just a bath with a handheld shower head that pointed straight out into the bathroom. The water pressure was so high that the water just kind of sprayed everywhere in the bathroom, and soaked the shower curtains (that were so nice we couldn't figure out if they were meant to get wet or not). They offered us a complimentary bottle of their wine when we checked out to make up for the inconvenience, but as we were traveling, we did not have room to carry a bottle of wine. Other than that, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely go back! Would be wonderful to see the lavender field grown in, and the fountain fixed!"

"Beautiful villa converted into hotel by extending the property. Very modern interior. The property is only 2 stories surrounding a modern pool area with an attached bar area. Our room was on the first floor pool side. It was large and spacious. They had a bottle of wine awaiting us with a sweet hand written note. The room was modern and up to date. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also modern and had all amenities. The property is in a small cozy town with a few restaurants, boulangeries and ice cream shop, etc. It is about half an hour from Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and about 45 minutes from Gorges du Verdon. Since we checked in late, they allowed us quite a late check out. This was an excellent property that I highly recommend and would stay there again."

"The room was great...comfortable...very clean. The outside pool was kind of dirty and none of the spa facilities were functioning. However the place was lovely and the staff very nice...I would recommend it!"

"I had a problem and went to reception but received no assistance; in fact, a man from the residence pushed me out. The room was very dirty: hair on the bed, coffee stains on the furniture, dirty walls, stains on the mattress covers... It was disgusting."
