The room smelled! Said they just updated but the floor was sticky and the paint was crappy!the bathroom door barely closed. Front desk lady was rude. We booked for the indoor pool and right after booking I get a message that says thanks for booking, our pool is out of order. Website said nothing about it! Overall disappointment! Waste of money

One thing about small towns, they know your family by the last name. China checked us in and right off when she saw my last name, she knew my family. She was so friendly. All the staff was very friendly. I love how the lobby smells so fresh and the room all have walk in showers now. They now have ice machines and soda machines, that work, on each floor and there is even a snack bar at the main desk in the lobby. So if you need a late night snack or realize you left your razors, they have a small store there now which I loved.

Newly renovated and fresh! Great rates for a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon , sausage and biscuits and gravy! The bed was so comfortable; we slept very well.

Very nice. Newly updated. Breakfast was great. Eggs sausage biscuits and gravy and waffles! Excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable.

We were met by a very gracious lady at the check-in desk. The room was spacious and the bed was good, but the shower head in our accessible room was impossible to keep in an upright position. A simple tightening of the bracket could have fixed it, but instead, the hand held unit would fall forward and slip out of its bracket altogether. A desk inquiry was met with a desire to help, but a final response of, "We can't fix it. I'm sorry." No one could locate a Phillips screwdriver. The result was very inconvenient showers. Further adding to the mess was a curved shower rod on a straight-front roll in shower. This directed the shower spray onto the floor, soaking the bath mat and whatever was on the floor. Other than that, things were fine. I woukd stay here again, but only after a more thorough inspection of the room.

Front desk lady at check in very nice. Room clean, big. Only 2 things, desk phone didnt work and there were little beatle bugs up in ceiling, we saw 3. Really wasnt a big concern.

The rooms had just been renovated and were very nice. There was still some construction, but nothing that interfered with out stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked with this hotel because the website said they had an indoor pool. After we had booked, we received an email stating that the pool was closed due construction. Also once we got to the facility, there was more than just the pool under construction. No ice machine, several areas of the building were not accessible. The room had frayed carpet by the door & almost everything seemed to need some maintenance or attention. The only bright side was the staff was very friendly. In the future, construction & closures of amenities need to be specified before booking.

On behalf of me and staff thank you for staying with us. The pool, conference room and 4 more rooms ae still being renovated. It also on all the sites but in small print about the pool. The ice machine on the 3rd floor is working, one on the 1st floor is being repaired. The fitness center is open to guests. We are working on getting all the other issues corrected. Thank you on the comment about the staff. We do have a friendly staff. We hope you will come back and stay with us again in the near future.

We have stayed here several Times for game weekends. This stay was disappointing in that out toilet seat was broken & there was a pair of men’s underwear in the wardrobe closet from a previous guest. Breakfast was good with lots of options. We will Stay again buys hoping for a better experience on cleanliness

Nice place to stay. Beds were high off the ground but very comfortable. Breakfast was great. We only stayed 2 nights. Parking was easy s were check in and check out process. It’s under renovation but it didn’t affect where we were staying.
