The light by window was hanging by the wire. The towels had hair on them :/. The coffee maker, air unit, and several other items were covered in dust and filth. We were here after Morgan Wallen concert and didn’t check in until 12:30am. If we didn’t have over a 3 hour ride home, we would have left. The check-in lady was very friendly. We let the check-out person (male) know about the damage, he acted as if aware, and waited for us to say more (like we wanted our money back)… we just wanted to not be charged for the damage, and cut our losses.

Immediately when I walked in the office staff was not friendly or welcoming but immediately let me know that even though I had booked through Expedia there was an additional $50 deposit that needed to be paid. When we finally made it to the room it was dusty and there were stains covering almost everything I could see. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking and all of the appliances were covered with rust! It was appalling! I didn’t want to touch anything. This motel should be shut down going on the state of the room I was in! I would not recommend anyone stay at this location!

Not worth any $
The worse hotel stay ever. I’m sorry to say it! I’m not a complainer! Room had a very strong bleach smell and irritated our eyes, but floors were dirty and looked like piles of debris were swept aside but not picked up. Every piece of metal was badly corroded. The security latch for the exit door was pulled out of the wood trim and was just hanging on the bolt. Leather hassock was worn and torn. Water out of the tap was rusty color, so we dare not make coffee and did not trust the breakfast because of it, meager as it was. Web said the rooms were sound proofed. It was very noisy most of the night. The bed was comfortable and it looked clean. This just was not the way a vacationing couple wants to spend a refreshing night on the road.

An absolutely disgusting hotel.
This place was an absolute dump. Some of the rooms had busted out windows. There was mold in the bathroom. It clearly had not been swept in god knows how long and there were dead bugs all over the place. There was a rotting loose leaf tomato in one of the drawers . There was some sort of orange/yellow residue all over the wall near the bed that looked like vomit. It took almost 45 minutes for the water to get lukewarm. The bedding was stained and had cigarette burns in it. The towels were not clean at all. The staff was great and very kind but the hotel itself is absolutely terrible.

The gal checking us in, stayed on a personal Al phone call with her mother the whole time. In my opinion… Rude & unprofessional. We arrived just before 10pm and the first room we were assigned was freezing as the temp outside was only 40 degrees and the heat was shut off. After an hour of trying to warm the room up with a heating unit cranked to 90 and the air compressor for the A/C continuously kicking on and blowing cold air… I finally called down to the front desk. The gentleman that was now on shift, was very accommodating and immediately moved us to a different room with working heat. We didn’t bother seeing what the breakfast included in the morning, so gave Jo opinion on that.

If you have the opportunity to stay here do yourself a favor and sleep in your car next door in the Walmart parking lot. I have NEVER been in a motel or hotel as nasty as this one. The lamp was completely rusted. The telephone was covered in some kind of mold or something disgusting. There is a velvet chair in the corner covered in what I can only imagine are the remains of a homemade porn. The light fixture isn’t even installed correctly the bulb and wires are just laid on top of the curtain rod. The toilet ran the entire time we were there. They really need to reduce the price to $20 a night, if that. I just wish I could upload these pictures.

Clerk was rude who checked me in. The room seemed clean, but was in bad condition. The breakfast was poorly stocked. Cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8 to see if she could clean.

Sink area was full of ants. Talked with front desk. He blamed it on cleaning staff. He came to room and observed it. Said he would take Care of it. Later that night they were back. I washed them down the sink. Next morning they were there again. I looked under the sink and it's nasty. There is a bottle of Paul masson Brandy in there

This hotel is in need of a complete remodel. You notice how rundown it is when you pull up to the hotel parking lot. It seemed very unsafe when I got out of my car. I was hesitant at first but I decided to go ahead and go check into my room. I was given my key and proceeded to go into my room. This place was even more rundown once I got into my room. There was stains on the walls , old furniture, exposed electrical wire and an old antique box springs under the mattress. This place was so nasty that I decided to go tell the owner that I wasn't going to stay the night because of the conditions. They became very rude and argumentative. They refused to give me a refund. So I left the hotel. Expedia ended up giving me a refund.

Upon checking in the room key I was given was to room 206. I put the key in the door and how about people are in the room looking at me like I was breaking in. I apologized and ran out of the room back downstairs to the front desk and told the guy he acted like he didn’t care but ended up giving me a new room 222 I got comfortable in that room until I pull the sheets back and there was blood on the sheets so I had to go back to the front desk and they didn’t have any rooms left but they did come change the sheets. Checking out this morning I was awakened by a constant knock at the door an entire half an hour before checking out come to find out it was two of the workers little kids being told to knock on the door and they didn’t stop and we checked out well before checkout time. What pissed me off the most was the little girl telling her mom that we were mad because they were knocking at the door. That little girl should most definitely not be at work playing at peoples doors. This place was disgusting I took pictures to prove it. The lamp was so rusty, curtains were broken. The tv is old as hell

very nice young woman got us checked in quickly after a delay with previous customer. Room was clean but TV was hard to figure out Lana from front desk came and set it all up for us, She was very friendly and helpful again!!

Sick on the road
The room was started with remodeling but not finished ex rusty lamps unpainted doors trimboards,etc. Room had a musty smell along with the refrig. BUT the bathroom was clean along with the bedlinens. The neighbors next door was noisy but i had stopped because i was sick and it meet my needs for that might.
