The lobby and stairwells (which are required because there's no elevator) smell like urine. The front desk apparently has an agreement with the homeless because they let them sleep in the lobby and use the facilities. The building is not locked at night despite "requiring" keycard access. They leave all doors open.

Didn’t like all the noise anytime after 8pm and a few night even at 10pm, 12am and at 2:30am. No rest or sleep with yelling and cursing going on!

The rooms have recently been redone and there is flooring instead of carpeting. This is a real plus IMHO. It is a basic, budget hotel, but it did the job we needed. Breakfast is a bit lame -- some fruit would be nice and perhaps cream cheese for the bagels.

Stained ceilings, bathroom was dirty and I could feel dirt on my bat feet on the floor. Could here everything said in the hallway and during the day when the hotel ran laundry my room was shaking.

Customer service is awful we get there told we did not have a RSVP rep was not very helpful. Said ck another hotel they have no rooms for us we left called expedia. They called and told them to cancel rooms since we had no RSVP and they charged us for 1 room stating not sure if we would come back after they told us we didnt have rooms we reserved. Now manager will not call us back or they dont answer phone when we call to get charges removed

The property was clean, it appeared to be in the finishing stages of a refreshing for the whole facility. I cant say much as I arrived about 9:30 pm and left about 7:30 am. Overall it served its purpose.

Friday night I awoke several times to the sound of banging hotel room doors and the smell of marijuana each time. Saturday night I heard a random banging outside my window all night that turned out to be a strap hanging from a conex box being used for remodeling outside of hotel.

A Nightmare
This hotel was terrible. No maid service for our entire visit. Had to get our own towels ever day we were there and then charged us our deposit for not taking out the trash in the trash cans in the room. For some reason I was also charged double the posted deposit at I checked in as well. Water was barely warm. No hot water. Work being done on the hotel made entire stay loud and inconvenient. It definitely should have been disclosed prior to us booking it was under repair. I'll never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

The water in the shower was wet, not too hot but not too cold. The frabreeze in the lobby masked any possible malodors.I got a decent night’s sleep and a roof over my head. The staff was pleasant.

All I ask for in a hotel is cleanliness, i think the only things they actually cleaned was the bedding and towels (Hopefully). Filthy floors, didnt even look swept much less vaccuumed, definitely wasnt moped. P.S. tried to add photos, app wouldnt allow me.

Pay a little more for a better place....
The property was very unclean and there were some residents who said they were "living" there and they had friends over all night down the hall. There was a constant flow of traffic in and out of the parking lot at all hours until early morning. The room did not appear to have been cleaned at all before we arrived, just made the bed. Crumbs on the counter, hair on furniture, and a musty smell. We were just stopping for the night on our way to Savannah but I wish I had paid a little more for a nicer room. We didn't even shower the next morning it was so icky. We couldn't wait to get out.
