Dear Konstantinos, 1)The room was super-clean when you checked-in. After that, and every day of your stay, it was full with food you brought to the room, pieces of bread crumbs all over, food papers and all kind of stuff, also your hair which as we recall were way to long found on the floor and bed, was difficult even for us, as professional to clean this mess everyday. 2)TV was not broken, probably, you simply did not know how to operate the tv and satellite control even if we did gave instructions to your friend. 3)Wifi was working perfectly on all public areas. You just didn't pay any attention on descriptions when you book the room, that it might not be available in the rooms. 4)We were unaware that is rudeness to follow the international rules, and ask a valid passport and the credit card upon check -in. Maybe where you come from, they dont even have check-in 5)Our road is absolutely the same as any road in Mykonos island.Sorry we did not have highways with 6 lanes. Thank you for stay with us, but we hope we do not see you again at our Guesthouse.

Dear Guest Joel, we usually don't reply to reviews but we will make an exception here, to thank you very much, for all your kind words and for finding the staff great/awesome, the place very nice, the views amazing, the amenities great, also great price and location. We are sure that the low rating you gave is not for all the above but you actually rated the hill and we are really very sorry you felt this way, but there is nothing we can do about the hill, except in every property description we have, to make sure to point out to our future Guests that there are steps and a hill involved to get to our Traditional guesthouse and therefore people with mobile problems should consider before making a reservation. An alternative of course would be also renting a car or a atv or even hire a pr taxi to drive uphill, if it is so difficult for someone to walk.
