A wonderful hotel
This is a gem of a hotel in the centre of Kissamos and by the sea. It’s super clean and comfortable and close to everything. The owners Niki and Katerina and also their evening staff Yannis, go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and that you have a wonderful stay. They’re absolutely amazing! This is a great place to stay, and I recommend it highly.

A nice welcome to Crete!
I came in on the ferry very late, and was welcomed by Yianni who was super nice and also Kostakis the cat. The hotel was super clean, the room had a nice balcony, air conditioning, tv, a tea pot, etc. I liked it so much i tried to extend , but they were sold out. They did find me another hotel, bus time tables, suggestions etc etc some people are just naturally hospitable, when we're lucky these people get into the hotel business!

Very good hotel in Kissamos.
This is an extremely nice place to stay in Kissamos. Niki and Katerina who run the place are very friendly and helpful. Short walks to everything you need, small shops, nice tavernas. Can't be much better.

Awesome experience! This hotel is fantastic from the location to the owners. Niki and Katerina were so helpful in letting us know the best places to dine and all the local attractions. The hotel is clean, modern and just perfect.

Perfect stay for the western Creten trip!
The hosts Niki and Katarina are doing an excellent job making you comfortable as far as possible.. They are sweet and considerate, they are positive energies and natural. All of their tips were perfect! We loved the stay!!

Άνετο δωμάτιο, πλούσιες παροχές και πολύ φιλικό το προσωπικό. Στην γραμματεία εκεί η κυρία Νίκη αν θυμάμαι καλά πολύ εξυπηρετική κι πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία θέλαμε.. Θα ξαναπήγαινα με κλειστά μάτια.. Το δωμάτιο απίστευτο μπορείτε να δείτε και στη φωτογραφί

5 Tage Gastfreundschaft pur!!
Bevor wir die Unterkunft bewerten: Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels dieser Welt, noch nie hatten wir so nette, hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Gastgeber wie Niki, Katerina und Giannis. Alle drei waren jeden Tag gut gelaunt, sehr bemüht und hatten für jede Aktivität einen guten Rat parat. Nur wegen ihnen würden wir wiederkommen... aber auch so fühlten wir uns 5 Tage lang sehr wohl: Unser Zimmer (101) war neuwertig und gut eingerichtet, mit einer wirklich gut ausgestatteten Küche und großem Badezimmer. Das Hotel befindet sich im Ortskern, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

I ragazzi che gestiscono l hotel sono meravigliosi, gentili, disponibili e ci hanno fornito tante indicazioni su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Ogni giorno in camera ci facevano trovare della frutta fresca

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Le studio est grand et propre. De plus, la dame à la réception est très accueillante, souriante et sympathique: cela change tout lorsqu’on séjourne dans un hotel. Des produits sanitaires, quelques fruits, thé et café sont mis à disposition aux clients à l’étage.

Un accueil extraordinaire ! La disponibilité, les conseils et la gentillesse du staff ont été incroyables ! Chambre très propre, moderne, plutôt spacieuse. Bonne isolation phonique. Coin partage avec café, the, gâteaux et fruits, un parfaite substitution au petit dejeuner. Il ne manque qu'une seule chose, une piscine (mais en réflexion selon la propriétaire) Sûrement un de nos meilleurs hôtels de crête, à recommander sans aucune hésitation

100% velfungerende hotel
Castell hotel i Kissamos var et helt igennem flot bekendtskab. Her var service langt udover det man kunne forvente. Tæt på et spændende arkæologisk museum, et utal af butikker og spisesteder. Det var bare super godt.

Best hostpitality we ever had! We stayed at the apartment with the beach view and it was beautiful with a great view. It was super clean and the cleaner lady made sure it will stayed that way since we have a crowling baby. The apartment is on great location, right in the center, close to restaurants and a walk from the beach. Nicky and Cristina the hosts were extremely nice and helpful. They made sure we have everything we need and I mean everything! Including toys for our baby or specific food it was hard to find on supermarkets. They made large efforts to make us feel comftarble and almost like home, especially because we were traveling with a baby. All their tips and recommendations were precise, helpful and tasty :) They also tryed to helped us solve an issue with the rental company. This is the best hospitality we ever had. We warmly recommend!

Ottimo hotel, molto pulito. Proprio al centro di Kissamos, un paesino carinissimo. Le due ragazze che lo gestiscono ci mettono passione e allegria e sono disposte ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità. Molto piacevole scambiare con loro due chiacchiere, simpatiche e alla mano! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare della frutta in camera, buonissima. Super consigliato!

Hotel consigliatissimo: Camere nuove con arredamento funzionale con ottimo angolo cottura.L'hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti nella zona comune una macchina per espresso con relative cialde oltre a frutta biscotti etc... Mette inoltre a disposizione ombrelloni e prodotti x il beauty. Hotel centralissimo a soli 5 minuti dal mare. Le propriearie sono gentilissime e si prodigano a dare consigli utili per visitare la zona.

Bellissima esperienza. La camera con angolo cottura era spaziosa e comodissima per due. Arredo in stile moderno, molto accogliente. Le proprietarie sono gentilissime e sempre disponibili per ogni necessità. Ci hanno salvati fornendoci un ombrellone, per la spiaggia di Elafonissi, dove le strutture erano già piene al momento dell'arrivo. Veramente consigliato! (Nota positiva in più: i due gatti e il cane :) )

Leider, die Besitzer sind sehr nett und behilflic.
Leider viel Lärm (Samstagnacht) durch lärmige Dorfjugend in laute Autos und vorallem sehr laute Motorrädern bis morgenfrüh um 04:00 Uhr !! Hotel hat leider sehr viel „Geruch“ von dem im Hotel wohnenden Katzen.

Super Service Katharina. Warme Bettdecken (war im Februar wichtig). Obst und viele anderne Kleinigkeiten kostenlos. Hatte Schlüssel beim Check out vergessen abzugeben , Katharina wusste, das wir noch im Archeolgischen Museeum waren und ist extra gekommen um ihn abzuholen.

This little hotel is simply what you're looking for your holiday in Crete! Kate and Niki, the two owners, work very hard to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. New towels and sheets everyday, lots of tips on beaches, trips or sails, rooms always clean and a wonderful smile. What else? If you're looking for a place to rest after a long day spent at the beach, Castel Hotell is the perfect match!

This wonderful hotel deserve more stars than actually have. The two stars are probably referred to the two sisters that run this hotel perfectly, with total care about the costumers. Kissamos is small village, quite, and near the beautiful beach of Falassarna,Elafonissi and Balos.
