Very convenient hotel, walkable to Heraklion’s sights, <5 minute walk to bus to airport and there is small hotel parking lot nearby. If full, pay €7 to park at nearby lot. Very nice breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. Room was large with bathrobes and slippers included. Free bottled water daily. Distant view of harbor from balconies. Only complaint is €10 food credit per day for VIP Expedia is only if you spend more than €10– not explained properly at check in.

Fantastic Christmas Trip
It was a fantastic stay over the Christmas holidays. We stay at this hotel on many occasions. The staff are lovely and friendly and will do anything to make your stay pleasurable. The rooms are first class. The food and drinks are excellent.

I was staying at this hotel as this is where the meeting I was attending was being held. It was excellent. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. my room was great and the shower was awesome. The hotel is situated near many different restaurants that are a short walk (5-7 minutes). The choice of restaurants was fantastic. I found food prices at the restaurants to be very reasonable. The hotel is not far from the airport and again taxi fares were reasonable. I would definitely stay there again

A beautiful property very close to tourist attractions. There are 2 pools which were greatly appreciated after a very hot day of sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and provided valuable advice aboutour tranfer.

The only thing we did not like was the pool hours. We were delayed arriving to the hotel getting there only at 8:10 PM so looking forward to a swim in the pool and to enjoy the rooftop pool only to hear it closed at 8pm and was only open 10am to 7pm inside and to 8pm outside, for the two night stay we could not use the pool as day two we were on an excursion from 6am to 10pm and then checked out at 430am the next day. I selected this hotel for its location and rooftop pool which we did not get to use. We did receive our VIP upgrade in the room and did use our $10 credit for food on the first day but did not have the time to use it on the second day. Staff very friendly, hotel very clean and very comfortable.

Located on the edge of the old city, within walking distance from the bus terminal, ferries to other islands and the castle. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, large range of choices for breakfast. Rooftop pool was great on a hot day.

Close to the main shopping and restaurant area of Heraklion. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with traditional and local cuisine with plenty of hot or cold options.

This is an up-market hotel with two modest sized pools. Very clean. Great public areas. Museum 2 minute walk, restaurants 3-4 minute walk. Very happy with location and service.

The Atlantis was clean the staff is extra courteous and friendly. Sophia at the front desk was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Heraklion

Received vip room upgrade, was not impressed with condition of room for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great. Convenient location to ferry and center. Staff pleasant but very limited giving info.
