Walls were so thin, could hear all the neighbors until 2am. Sofa bed in lounge room was horrible to sleep on incredibly uncomfortable. For the price that i paid for two nights, I'd have a better experience elsewhere.

Loved our 2 night stay at Wyndham. This is a great property, well kept and has wonderful amenities particularly the massive pool and spa. If it its cool and windy the spa was still amazing due to how its located within the centre of the complex. Its a bit of a walk to the shopping centre but has great footpaths and the street is well-lit along the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Our apartment was more than we expected...it was fantastic!!! The views from our room.... absolutely awesome!!! The staff.... professional, polite and always smiling!!! The 24hr cafe service... fabulous!!! The pools and spa... beautiful!!! And three of the best beaches all within a coowee!!! And the kids loved the games room!!! Thanking you kindly Wyndham...will definitely be staying again!!! The Smith Family.

Overall my stay was pretty good. I booked an apartment which was clean but my big issue was with the bed size which was listed in the booking as a king but was actually smaller. Felt like a double but likely a queen size bed which was quite uncomfortable on top of being small. The property overall wasn’t bad but definitely could use some work. When in the pool if you look around long enough you’ll see signs of wear and tear to the overall facilities you might not notice otherwise. As far as location goes, it is in a great spot, right on the beaches and within walking distance to the town center. The staff were friendly and accommodating so no issues there.

Staff unfamiliar with Policies eg policing of Disabled parking facilities, available discounts, if any. No daily cleaning of rooms. Websites for Expedia and Wyndham do not correlate in Terms of Dining facilities available, Discounts for Veterans, Car Club members. Club Members inconsiderate of other patrons.,eg noise levels, equipment hire.

Family friendly
Great resort and so close to the beach. Pool was amazing! Apartment was good however no microwave so couldn’t heat up anything…but that’s only a minor thumbs down. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loved it and will be back.

Only downfall was the room cleaning. Room not vacuumed or restocked once throughout our 5 night stay. Towels were replaced and beds made thats all.

I came here after my diving trip in the north was cancelled due to a cyclone. Emily at the front desk had asked about my plans and when she learned about my interest in diving called some people and found 4 awesome local options for me. I did not ask her, she just did this. Then she recommended dining options to match my tastes.

Property is looking tired and our room was in need of fresh paint and renovation. The hallway in our section smelt of smoke but in the room it didn't have an odur. Staff were very good, the pooln area was nice. But it is defintely looking a little run down.

We spent 3-nights here for my wife's birthday. Staff and Service The reception staff were helpful, but the cafe service was absolutely horrendous. I went in to purchase 2 iced lattes for myself and my wife. The lady making the coffee (who does not deserve the title "barista") was extremely rude. She served the lattes in takeaway cups that are used for hot beverages. When I said to her "I ordered ice lattes", her response was "these are ice Lattes, I know how to make an ice coffee" with a ignorant look on her face. I found this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. She should not be in the front-line serving customers. The 2 young co-workers themselves seemed quite intimidated by her. Cleanliness The room was clean, no issues there. However, on our 2nd night, we ran the dryer and it attracted a swarm of dust mites out of nowhere. It was all over the dryer and washing machine, to a point my kids refused to go to the bathroom. The staff came down to our room and did a thorough clean in the area, but the mites returned the next day. Location and Surroundings This deserves the most stars as the resort was conveniently located close to multiple dining options, a short walk to the beach. The only negative here was that the resort car park was almost always full. The staff helped us locate a parking spot though. Final Thoughts Overall, for a 4 Star hotel that cost us approximately $360 p/night, I expected a bit in terms of service and simply, just, courtesy.

Staff were amazing as the booking with Wotif was bad as the Room that we booked with Wotif actually didn't exist and when we got to our room we were like What Tha this is not what we booked and so we went to reception and they could not do enough to help us. Very Bad Wotif never will I ever book with that again. But I will be back to the resort as it is amazing. But will book directly with the resort.

A terrible hotel
A terrible stay and poor service. Worst service ever! Checked in with no help from the staff!! No body helped us with baggages, no instruction for using Internet, carpark and room location. The worst accomodation ever.

First time away with my baby son. Just the 2 of us so it was a nice adventure. Marcia straight away at the front desk helped us from organising a different room to even helping us take all of our luggage to our room. She was warm welcoming and my son loved her even remembering her upon check out. The pool was amazing. Perfect temp for a 8 month old first time in the pool. Room was spacious right next to the bbq which was perfect

We will definitely come back, our 3 bedroom appartment was beautiful, decor was lovely, very clean and perfect for the 6 of us. The resort had everything you would Want on a family holiday. My only complaint would be is when we checked in we were past onto a welcoming person who tried to have us attend a 90 minute seminar.
